I have never written a review before. If you need a brownie pan this is hands down the one to purchase! I have been baking brownies for over 25 years! I've searched every where for a brownie pan. This is the best! It does not stick you get 12 perfectly sized brownies in 30 minutes! If I could give it 10 stars I would. I'm actually ordering another so I can bake 2 batches at once! Thanks so much for this awesome product!

Made for 9x13 mixes...

This is the best edge-brownie pan. One comment though...

If you are thinking of getting this and just using smaller box mixes for an 8x8 pan you might want to look around and read some of the feedback here. It's possible it will work with 2 of those but it's likely that it will overflow. It's made for 9x13 batches - which it does excellently.

Best brownies I've ever made

I've been making brownies my whole life and they are always underwhelming in presentation and texture. The middle is too gooey and crumbled apart and there are never enough edges to go around. I went on Amazon hoping to buy an all edges pam like I've seen before (a pan that looks sort of like a maze) and this pan was suggested above that one so I looked and took a chance and purchased two. I used it the day it arrived. The brownies cooked in exactly the amount of time recommended on the box (I like to use Ghirardelli-one box of mix equals one perfect pan) and they literally just popped right out of the pan. I just turned it over onto a cooling rack and had perfectly cooked brownies! They are mostly edges and the perfect thickness. Perfect size Perfect texture and hardly any cleanup. The pan is nonstick and cleaned up within seconds! Will forever use these pans and buy more to give as gifts! And they are CHEAPER than the maze-looking edge pan by about 10 bucks!

Chewy, crispy edges with fudgy centers - easy to remove from pan!

As advertised - very pleased with my first batch of brownies! Fudgy brownie centers with chewy edges. Not difficult to remove from the pan at all. I greased with just a dollop of vegetable oil. Once the brownies were done, I loosened the corners with just my finger and then turned the pan upside down to remove the brownies. I wasn't sure how the shape would look once cut, but it actually looks pretty uniform. Would highly recommend this as an alternative to the other more well-known brownie pan. This also gives more edges! Reminder to adjust baking temperature and time as this is a dark coated pan.

If you love crunchy, chocolaty brownie edges, this pan will provide you with nonstop brownie pleasure. It is the best pan in existence. This pan gives you 12, perfectly edgy brownies on all sides. You will not be displeased.

Swift Sift

Quick, easy, and durable! Just make sure not to overfill or it will get mad at you. Also if the cord stops retracting all you have to do is take the bottom mesh off and give the insides a good cleaning and dry completely with a hair dryer. Powdered sugar even in a no humanity climate will still gum it up. Works like new after that! Love how for storing it goes into itself. 4 stars overall as the rubber base doesn't like to stay on after the first time I hand-washed it. Minor annoyance but worth noting, would definitely purchase again.

Cupcake Carton

I bought two of these to transfer cupcakes and these are fantastic! Durable and I like that it's tall enough to hold a good amount of frosting on the cupcakes. The only thing is I want to glue some rubber circles on the bottom so that nothing touches the base of the cupcakes. 4 stars overall

I was very excited for this to arrive! I was disappointed that it came damaged. Almost like it was returned before. When I opened it from it's Bakelicious box, it was dusty/dirty. I would deal with that, I would wash it. But then I noticed the dent in the pin. I plan to use it for rolling cookie dough, the dent would surely leave a mark in my dough every time. I am returning it and ordering a new one. There are other brands of rolling pins with discs, however I need mine to have handles. I hope this second one works out!

Amazing new baking tool!

My daughter bought me this as a gift, thinking I would really like it. I owned a commercial kitchen baking and decorating sugar cookies. I have always sifted all my dry ingredients, as it makes a huge difference in the finished product. This sifter is amazing! No more squeezing the handle on my old sifter causing my carpal tunnel pain. Old sifter will go into the garbage! I bought my daughter one of these and ordered myself a second one. I'm scared it will be hard to find in the future when this thing catches on with the other bakers out there, haha.

Hold on to your cupcakes!!!!!

Having to bake birthday cupcakes for coworkers practically every month this little carrier has been great! I've been asked a bazillion times as to where I got this and every time I say, "Amazon". What I absolutely love is that it fits so nicely in the refrigerator. Other cupcake holders are a bit cumbersome and takes up a lot of space, this one does not. The plastic is very sturdy and I believe this will last for years. I'll be ordering another as our office is becoming increasingly larger by the month.

How long should I bake them.

I'm having fun with this baking pan and have had many curious friends ask for a sample. The issue I have with this pan is that there are not clear instructions with it. As this is not a standard baking pan the amount of batter and the time to bake are different than other what is on most boxes. What I have found is that Duncan Hines family size has worked best and cooking them for about 31 minutes. Using smaller batches makes them too thin and dry. I've made about 8 batches since I received my pan and no matter if they are a little on the cake-like size or on the dry size all have loved these "crunchy" edges.
