Looks awesome when they are on, Kinda lacking when off.by JKR (4 out of 5 stars)

Looks awesome when they are on, Kinda lacking when off. Having these turned on at the local ramen shop was excellent. The blue glow gets peoples attention and the hilts look great.
The biggest issue I have with them is that the clear acrylic material looks cheap when the lights are off. I would have much preferred them to be blue acrylic for normal use. The clear material scratches very easily so be careful. The Plastic "hilt" is also relatively poorly constructed. The slide mechanism on the battery cover doesn't quite fit correctly and 4 batteries per chopstick is a bit excessive for a novelty item.
Still a great piece in any star wars fans utensil drawer, Definitely a must have but they could have been so much better.
Whiteboard Pointer - and meeting fun.

So, everybody talks about using these as Chopsticks. Doesn't really work for me, but I am not the expert at that that some of us probably are. BUT I have found a great use for them, that I have not seen yet. I use them as Pointer's for the whiteboard discussions I have with employees, team members, and sometimes even customers. It is different than using a laser pointer, so for small conferences, but it adds a bit of levity to the meeting, and a brief distraction from what is often a bitter pill or challenging discussion. I also switch up now, using Vader's Red saber for the bad news, and Luke or Yoda's green laser for the good news. Now I have Anakin's blue laser for the general info stuff....the force is now complete.
Oh, one last thing: I have a 1/6 scale Kotobuyaki Batman Figure with a dramatic cape sweep and one outstretched hand on my desk. I put one of the green light sabers in his hand. I tell people that its a Kryptonite laser and Superman should watch out!

I got these for my son's birthday and he has already had many battles to the death, as well as eaten his lunch with this versatile chop sabers. This is a very creative idea - they are a little large for small hands to use for chopsticks but it can be managed, and I don't think my son minded at all. They even with the needed batteries! I absolutely love these ad think they are a very creative and innovative idea.
More for novelty than use

I got these as a Christmas gift for a Star Wars fan and it was a huge success. It is more of a novelty item over a practical one, however. They can be hard to hold with the saber handle, and difficult to use because of the thickness and slipperiness of the actual chopstick. Batteries come in the handle part and are included. They turn on with a small button, and the light produces a bright color that extends all the way through the saber. The saber is detachable for cleaning, so they can be hand washed or put in a dish washer. The saber itself kind of feels like an acrylic material over plastic. Its a cool item for a fan to sit and look pretty in the kitchen.
Great Gift for the Star Wars fan

These were purchased as a gift and were enjoyed immensely by the recipient. They aren't the easiest to use because the light saber part is a bit slick for picking up food. However, the owner merely commented that the only problem is they keep slicing through the food. What do you expect from a light saber?

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my boyfriend and he loves them! He takes them out whenever we have sushi takeout at home, and even brought them with us when we went to a sushi restaurant a week or so afterwards. There, he got tons of compliments from the staff. The blue light-up is awesome, and he (a huge Star Wars fan) says that the handle design is accurate to the movies, too. I held them myself and note that the weighting is different than traditional chopsticks, which is expected due to the batteries in the handle, but they're really well balanced and easy to use.

If you love sushi and you love Star Wars, you will love this product! I bought it as a gift and now I must own some! Super clear and vibrant color! Not as top heavy as I would assume? Not hard to use. Easy to clean and easy to put in batteries. Although my pair did come with its first set of batteries. Clear and understandable instructions too! I'm obsessed! Definitely will buy again!

I ordered these for my daughter to give to a friend for as part a graduation present. The product was in perfect condition and worked wonderfully. They are definitely worth the price for anyone who uses chopsticks and loves starwars. I ordered them on the 18th of May and the projected delivery date was between June 13-26. We were afraid it wouldn't get here in time for graduation parties on June 1st. I received the product around May 23. Great shipping time. I would definitely order again and would recommend this product. I'd give more stars if I could. Wonderful experience.
8 Watch Batteries WOW! But Cool Glow!

Really nice chopsticks for display not ideal for actual eating as they are plastic. Understood when bought. Great glow and very cool. Larger than I expected. I liked that. Only bad thing is it's really thin plastic feel and the 8 WATCH BATTERIES FOR THE PAIR! WOW! You'd really think it could be made to only take one each... Not 4! Also, NOT easy to pop those little things in! Haha. Overall, it's nice, I'd buy again.
