Easy to assemble. Solid construction. Not the most comfortable seat for two reasons. If you are any taller than 5' flat, the legs hang over the edge and the bottom lip rubs against the calf. I put a cushion to remedy that but cushion keeps falling off. Also if you are tall the top part of your back will be a little curved and not comfy enough to fall asleep.

Frame alignment was off, making assembly difficult, and the supplied wrench didn't fit the nuts (an adjustable wrench did the trick). Bolts were easy to strip at some locations. But comfortable once assembled, although the cushions are minimal and I'll need to get something more substantial.
