Do not buy this product. The product is advertised as having sealed bearings. The bearings fell apart in my hand after less than one full day of use by my 7 and 9 year old. The trolley, seat, and cable look like decent quality, but the eagle series is advertised as having parts made of stainless steel. The bearings and pulleys in the trolley of my zip line were tested at a reputable bearing store in town. They were not stainless steel at all. After emailing the seller, I received a swift response asking me to send the entire package back to receive a replacement. After the amount of work that it takes to hang and adjust, I did not want to take everything down to replace. I explained that in an email and was informed that the seller would be contacting the company to see if they could send replacement bearings. I was supposed to hear back from them in 24-48 hours. It has been over a week now and I still have heard nothing. Waste of money...waste of energy...waste of time. Save yourself some money and build your own.

In full disclosure I'm a mechanical engineer and this took a while more like 1-2 hours, so don't set your expectations too high based on the other reviews. For me picking the right trees was the hardest with minimal bumps in between. I challenge their guideline of a 6' drop over the 90' feet, that made is slam into the stopping tree. I highly recommend a cable puller to fine tune the tension
Product seems high quality.
Length stated is incorrect

Purchased the 70 ft Slacker Zipline, the description online stated 840" which does equal 70 ft. The package said 70 ft, however the ssembly instructions page included in the box stated it included a 65 ft cable. The ACTUAL cable was 63 ft. This 70 ft size was ordered to match the distance between our trees... it was 7 ft too short... and no, we cannot move the trees closer!! The birthday boy would have been devastated if we had to return it and wait for another...so we had to choose trees that are only 30 ft apart and on a lesser grade so the ride is much slower and shorter! This is quite a difference from advertised!!! Very disappointed in this misrepresentation...but satisfied with the product itself. The stars represent the error in length, but I would rate the product itself with 4 stars.
Two hours of struggle followed by 20 minutes of play time

My kids had fun with this, but the setup is a bear! The biggest challenge in setting up the line is in removing the slack at the finish point. I was the only adult setting it up, so to remove the slack I had to balance on a ladder, tug with all my might, maintain the tension on the line and then secure the U bolts with my other hand. This was very hard to do especially because pulling the slack out requires tugging line through the plastic tubing. The line is already wrapped tightly around the tree, so doing this is very difficult. It took me over two hours to get the line tight enough, only to find it sagged after about 20 minutes of use. I kept thinking there has to be a better way to do this. I'm going to purchase ratchet straps to accomplish this rather than struggle with it next time.

It's a good zipline. You need to keep an eye on the rope that's connected to the seat and handle bars. The weather will wear it out after awhile. We had it 2 years and it just broke.
