I'm so happy I purchase these coffee mugs. My son has been very depressed lately. He feels as if he hasn't been love. I went ahead and thought this would be the perfect gift for us both. I purchased these beautiful heart shaped mugs. When they arrived in the package, they were extremely well packaged. Each mug is made out of porcelain bone china. Bone china is extremely amazing quality for any type of porcelain. To see if it's true authentic bone china, you will notice when you hold up your mug to the light, that you can see your fingers through the actual mug. This means it truly is bone china. My son was so ecstatic when he saw these mug. I told him we can have hot chocolate whenever he's feeling blue and we could "tink" our hearts together. He was so excited and happy. These mugs are nice generous size. The hearts fit perfectly together. It is a nice beautiful weight and the mugss are extremely durable. I am so happy I've made this purchase. These are beautiful, and elegant. This is great if you are a couple, and are celebrating a special occasion. These also would make a wonderful gift.

Not as advertised.

This is a unique product and would get a higher rating if it were as advertised. I purchased for a 36th anniversary gift because it was advertised as pure bone china. After receiving the product, it is not! No markings anywhere to substantiate bone china. After contacting the seller his response was that "he contacted the factory and its kind of bone china quality. Bone china is a kind of ceramic, but with specific ingredients". Basically, The mugs, though nice are not as advertised and overpriced because it is just ceramic stoneware.

Quality's inconsistency all the time, the first time order, I received perfect ones. but the second and third time, I received ones with quality inconsistency, disappointed. The seller, please control the quality, I do not want to receive any one like this again.

Perfect wedding gift

Purchased these as a wedding gift for a roommate who loves mugs and loves hearts. They arrived intact and without flaws. They look as pictured. The handles are thicker than I expected. I also liked that the mugs aren't thick and bulky.
