Not very functional but certainly cool

Very well made and sturdy; however, the silicone mittens are too slippery to hold ice cubes from an automatic ice maker. May work with square cubes but with the crescent shaped cubes slip out or worse shoot out of the tongs. I wish they had metal teeth inside to grip wet slippery ice. Cool idea though.

I lost the tongs to my ice bucket in one of our moves and this is the perfect replacement. The rubber mittens make it better at gripping ice than the metal tongs is replaced.

lt looks just as in the picture I would say, had some guest over, pulled it out to try it, it looks cute but can't hold the ice, I noticed that some people were having difficulty holding on to the ice, I am not sure if its due to the shape of the ice itself. so in the cuteness ranking its good but actual functionality not so good.

I thought these would be dainty little mitts, but they're a decent size. Perfect for the hostess who loves to set up a table with cute items like these. They don't look too kitschy at all, perfect for a winter setup. I'll be gifting them to my mother-in-law.

These tongs are a novelty gift. As far function goes, the ice cubes keep popping out of the mittens. The mittens do not grip the cubes. We had a good laugh at least.
