Water--resistant - The Solar Icicle Ball Lights have been tested and certified as IP44 on the International Protection Marking of the International Electrotechnical Commission. The light enclosures are protected against water splashing from any direction. The total length of the unit is 15.7 ft including a 5ft lead line. Perfect for indoor or outdoor use!

Automatic - The lights discharge their energy automatically which makes them so easy to use. You don't need to worry about turning them on or off. However, during shipping, their energy may discharge completely, so please don't worry if they don't work immediately. Set up the lights and let the sun do its work first. Your lights should turn on automatically after charging sufficiently under sunlight.

Easy to Use - Setting up the Solar Icicle Ball Lights couldn't be easier. There are only two switches - Power (On/Off) and Mode (Flashing/Static) - and a stake. If the ground is a little hard, you can soften it by soaking the area with water. If it's still too hard, you can twist the stake or use a hammer/mallet to gently drive the stake into the ground.

Excellent Performance - After charging during the day for 6-8 hours, the 1.2V 240mAh batteries will provide power for 8-10 hours at night.

Efficient Absorption - The solar panels can be adjusted to capture the maximum amount of sunlight at different times of year. Please refer to the diagram above to find the optimal position for your location and the time of year. How long the lights can operate at night depends on the intensity of sunlight they receive during the day. Other factors, such as your particular geography, weather conditions, and seasons can also affect solar absorption.

Great for places with no access to electricity!

We have had them up on a tree in our yard for 3 weeks and as long as they get the SUNLIGHT they NEED to charge they work great.

Make sure the little solar panels are facing in the right direction! In winter, in the northeast, this means facing to the southwest because the sun is much lower in the sky. Cloudy days won't charge the lights so if there is not sunlight all day you won't get the lights to function long if at all. But the good news is when they are positioned correctly and there is no or little cloud cover they seem to be a terrific option. I'm getting more next year because these were not enough!

Just want to add that I didn't take them down til the end of January and only brought them in because of the high winds we were expecting from a blizzard. They worked fabulously the entire time. I had no issues at all. Love the solar option.

Bought these for camping and our pop up trailer. My family teased me about them at first, but they are just enough glow in the dark, without needing a flash light to head to bed! My son also loves them because it's like a night light! So far so good!

I ordered 4 of these and they are beautiful and should work well for my annual women's camping retreat. However, after charging one in the sun for the day, 2 of the tear drops fell off of the lighting piece. I was able to get them back on but will have to glue them back on to make sure they stay in place. I'm not sure about the other strands as of yet, but will have to check each tear drop prior to our trip to see if more need to be re-glude. If it's just a one-off situation then they were worth the flash sale price. If not, I will be sending them back. Not sure if it's worth the hassle, if that is the case. Otherwise, they are beautifully lit and I'm hoping they hold up

These are awesome solar powered lights at a reasonable buy, I bought for my garden I intend to be putting in over the winter here in AZ, in the mean time I have them over the length of the front of my house, not to bright or to dim, just right I think, will look even more amazing in my new garden as a perimeter light.

Beautiful lights. Had them for at least a month through a rainy Vermont spring. They look great. I'd get more of them to hang all around but I am focusing on getting various different kinds of lights because their are so many beautiful and interesting solar led lights out there. So for they turn on every night like good little multicolored soldiers. They shine very bright. Against the more muted led lights that are imitating a candle they are a definitely a kick of color. Only time will tell how long they will last.

I love these lights. It only takes about 2 hours of full-on sun to run them through the night. It is such fun to have the sun doing all the work.

My beef is that the first strings I bought were about $10. Now the price is $40! Maybe that is the tariffs kicking in.

I really used to like these lights, but I've now had 5 sets of lights go bad. Some sets only lasting a month. It's a shame, they are beautiful lights.

Very cute design on bulb. Tip: I strung them through the holes on my metal table then put the glass back in top. Looks so cool at night on my deck that over looks the lake. Glad I bought two. Did the same on another deck and brings the look together very nicely . Thanks
