Excellent product. Packaging was smart, all tools needed to install are included, and not the typical cheap wrenches you cuss while you are using and throw away when done - these are going in my toolbox for spares. The only thing you need in addition to what is in the box is a pair of pliers or a second 1/2 inch wrench to tighten the stop block bolt/nut assembly. The included instruction booklets are very well done. The kit is made well from high quality material and I expect it will last a long time. The tri-link and ratchet are brilliant and make install a breeze compared to other zip line kits I've put together in the past. Yes, it's pricey, but this is commercial grade stuff that is really well designed. Most importantly, the kids say "It's awesome!!!"
