This armband functions as advertised and has been used on a nice little hike. Had I taken into the consideration the size of the iPhone within an Otterbox, this might not have been the best choice. The phone does fit very snugly if not entirely into the sleeve but removing it resulted in a slight tear in the opening of the fabric. This is due to operator error and not maneuvering carefully enough to gently stretch the neoprene (?). If a slightly larger model exists for the phone with a case, that would be optimal for my rough and tumble life with a small child.

I workout and run on average 5-6 days a week. I am 6' , 213lbs. I upgraded phones and needed a new armband. I read multiple reviews on this band and most were good, so I decided to give this band a try. With the phone in, the band will not fit comfortably around my arm. I tried several times and it just did not work. In the end I gave it to my wife who is considerably smaller, who seems to like it just fine. I would not recommend for anyone who is muscular, as it just seems to cut the circulation off on your arm.

Works well for the price I paid, fits snugly and despite the fact that I sweat a horrible amount it never seemed to be in concern for slipping off. I like it! I dont quite understand the hole on the top unless you wanted to put it in upside down (or perhaps it was for a previous model)? There's no holes for the side buttons (volume / power) which is a minimal issue but sometimes you have to take guesses on how to turn up/down the volume or turn off the screen and sometimes my finger presses didn't respond through the protector (it was easier to take my phone out then to try and press through it).

That being said, I am glad I picked it up and am happy with my purchase! Have only had it for about a week now and it took a bit to get use to but I will be using this for the foreseeable future.

An iPhone 6 doesn't really fit. Even when I remove the case (and I have a super-slim otter box) I really have to cram the phone into the armband, and it still doesn't fit all the way. The act of removing my phone's case really defeats the convenience of it-- I just want to get up and run, not fuss over the armband. I regret the purchase.

This armband is just what one needs if your active. It is comfortable and we shall see how long it lasts for durability issues. It is a big difference to have this strapped to your arm vs. an ipod mini or nano. The only draw back is if you have it in a protective case already you have to remove that case to put it into this sleeve.

iPhone 6 armband

I use the armband for my iPhone 6 whenever I go out for a long walk or for a bike ride. I really like it and I have only one suggestion for an improvement. The on off button for the iPhone 6 is on the side. The armband has the hole for the on off button on the top (like the iPhone 5). This makes it hard to turn the screen off when I have the iPhone 6 in the armband.

I just changed to the iPhone 6S+ and bought this holder for running. I've used it a few times now, and it is great! The straps are sturdy, and the velcro holds well. I can barely tell it is on. The touch screen cover works well. I ran about 6 miles in the pouring rain the other day and the phone stayed dry and the touch screen still worked wet. It also has a little key pocket. Great buy!
