Not 800 lumens.

The lights are amazing however, the listing is incorrect. It says that the lights are 800 lumens in the description but they are only 600. Also if you're not familiar with the Nocqua company and the three levels of lights they provide(sport, pro, spectrum), then this listing can be confusing. My search on amazon for Nocqua Spectrum led me here and the pictures of people on paddle boards shows colored lights. Upon closer inspection you can see that the colored light is from another source besides the boards. What I got is a great product. I'd like to make that clear. I just feel misled and the lumen count is incorrect. I hope this review is helpful in your purchase decision.

Love these lights

Love it, They fit very nicely around my Old Town Trip 10 Angler DLX kayak that I purchased from Dicks Sporting goods (great kayak by the way). I was really on the fence about purchasing the longer, multi-color version of this product. But, I certainly made the right choice. I believe the long ones would probably be awesome around a paddle board but not so much a sit in kayak like mine. The battery works for a consistent 2 hours. But if you just turn it off every now and then your all set for a long night of fun. I saw so many HUGE fish at Lake Lanier and in the Chattahoochee river here in GA. Check out my photos and video below. I don't think the video really shows how awesome it really is though. So far I have used them about 8 times this summer and fall, they have stood up against rocks, sand, tree limbs in the water and pavement. By all means I try to be as careful as possible with them but bumping up against stuff like that when getting in and out of the water is inevitable. Now that winter is upon us I probably wont pull these out till next spring. I am confident they will work just the same

Great product, heaps of fun paddling at night, fish jumping onto my board, Dugongs and turtles swimming in the lights.

Crystal clear water here in Vanuatu helps!!

I had an issue with my battery and they just sent out a new one. Awesome service.Good communication.

Killer product. Small enough to be hand held, yet still has enough brightness to be a practical tool out on the water. So much fun to have around whether you're paddling, camping, or just need to shine some light on whatever you're doing. These lights go everywhere with me. You'd be crazy not to own a set if you're even remotely active outside.

I have friends who own the multicolor lights that nocqua also sells. This is a great option if you don't want to go all in at that price right off the bat.
