Simply spin the miniature spinner, then follow the directions putting either your left hand, right hand, left foot or right foot onto either a red, yellow, blue or green dot as instructed. Then continue taking it in turns until only one player is left standing! We used it twice before it tore. I really loved the twister designs and thought it would be fun for the kids. It is a shame it is such poor quality material. The whole lining is torn up. It just isn't durable enough for outdoor use. We ended up buying the JJ Cole blanket that everyone we know seems to have. That one arrives today...

Like all the other reviewers, the back of ours tore with the first use. For $20 I was expecting something that would have lasted more than a few uses. This product is complete garbage.

Cotton terry with metallic water-resistant backing, elastic band/handle, and wee plastic spinner. FUN to use, easier for small children just learning to play, easily carried everywhere. Love it!

Love playing twister, have had to purchase new board games.. The others get weathered... So I was excited to see a version of my fav game on a picnic blanket.. ( with the dial no less.. Woohoo!) Can't wait to use it !
