Very, VERY rugged case. Have had this several days and think it will definitely protect this very, very pricey phone! Wish it came with a screen protector like my wife's Otter case did. I like the bottle opener feature but have no use for the cigarette lighter as I quit smoking 28 years ago. ;o) I'm not sure how long the 'lock' on the lighter will work but only time will tell regarding that. The port for a tripod for a camera is ok, I guess. I don't see me using it at all. I think it would behoove the maker to make models with a choice as to what feature they really want and would use on the case. The bottle opener is what drew me to buying the case. The other two will most likely not be used at all. If I ever DO use one of the other two, I'll try to remember to come back and let you all know if they actually worked. That's why I gave it 4 stars, not five. Would I recommend this to others? Sure. Why not. It isn't real pricey. I would use seller again.

My dad absolutely loves this product. He still is using it and it's a great novelty. I'm pretty sure it protects the phone from falls and such as well; however, it obviously doesn't protect the screen. The back looks sturdy, but it's also quite thick, as you can tell from the camera hole. The lighter part works and glows, but I haven't particularly had a chance to use it just yet as I'm only a social smoker (Bars and such). The reviews on how it is difficult to take the phone out is 100% true -- you feel like you're nearly breaking your phone. You practically bend your phone to get it out. So make sure you want it on before you plug your phone into it.

This is so durable iv used it for about a month or two. I have dropped my phone a lot on pavment and any surface really and it protected my phone very well. the lighter is amazing works great I love that you just charge it when you charge your phone. I never have to carry a lighter with me anymore. I don't drink but I know the bottle opener will work good and it won't feel like your going to brake your phone in half.

Unfortunately I have to return this item because the charger port is defective which really sucks because I love the case. It worked great and was just what I wanted but since I can't charge it, obviously it's gonna be useless once the battery dies. I will most likely buy another one but it's disappointing :(

Bought this item on a whim and came as described. Lighter and bottle opener work great it would be a 5 star item but getting the phone out of the case is nearly impossible and you just about break it trying. Like the protection but need to not break it on the way out

Love it! I don't smoke but thought it would be cool as a Conversation piece. It does work. The bottle opener is amazing. A lot better than that cheap crap, as in the other one I've Botton with a bottle opener, the opener back peas was the back of my phone. There is a section in here that is not connected to your actual phone. It's heavy but I find it useful considering I don't drop my phone as much as I used to. I haven't gone anywhere that's federal or state so I'm not really sure if you were allowed to have it with you. And I have not flown with this either so I'm not sure how TSA is going to feel about it.

The idea of this case is awesome I ordered it for my boyfriend and was very excited to get it! It came quick which was awesome. I rated this 3 stars because unfortunately the bottle opener is difficult to use, I was worried about breaking the case and spilling beer on my phone. Also the lighter is functional and convenient, but it does not light the cigarette evenly... This case is a handy back up if you forget your lighter or bottle opener!

This was previously rated 3 stars but after emailing back and forth with customer service and them kindly refunding a portion because of my dissatisfaction, I would rate them 5 stars and would defiantly order from them again. Thanks!

Received the case on time in proper shipping container, charged the proper amount of time and the lighter would not work after lighting 1 cigarette. It appears to have burned the filament already. SO disappointed in the quality of the components.

UPDATE: I have been in contact with the company and they stand behind there product. They offered me full replacement or full value for the item. Think I'll give them another shot.
