Orange, plastic attachment that latches to net will break

I used this product for about 1 year. It does register most shots fairly accurately. My daughter and I enjoyed using this product while practicing. The issue is that the orange plastic attachment that latches to the net cracked and broke after about 1 season. There is no way to replace it without paying another $75. I would advise taking it off the net when you are finished using the product to avoid the drying and cracking due to the weather elements. Disappointed with lack of replacement parts.

Broke in the first week!

The closing mechanism (which is made of plastic) that holds it on the net, broke within the first week! Up until then, this product was much loved and of great use however it is not very strongly made to withstand constant hits from a basketball (considering the price tag!).

3 days of Inaccuracy and finally breaking Net Sensor

I was super excited for my son to use this product. I have to say i'm very disappointed in this product.

Pros:
* See friends on their list and stats
* Enjoyed the statistics after drills
* Hot/Cold on the court
* Sounds and timer

Cons:
* The accuracy is only 70% in capturing the shots.
* The net sensor broke and now I can't get it off.

I purchased this a couple months. Works great. Might miss a make or miss every now and then but for the price it is a steal. I was more impressed with the customer service. The net sensor had broken and I reached out to them and they had a replacement in the mail the very same day and sent a prepaid label to send old one back. On top of that, they threw in the arm sleeve for my son for the troubles. Top Notch!

ShotTracker app is not available

I'm unable to evaluate the product because the app is no longer available in the United States. I have searched using the link on ShotTracker's webpage, scanned the QR code, and typed, "ShotTracker Player" in the app store. Each time I receive a message stating that this app is not available in my country.

I have emailed support and will update my review when we are able to use the product.

My son loves this!!

Awesome. My son loves using the shot tracker. Its like a game for him so next thing you know, he's put up 300 shots. Great for understanding where your hot and cold zones are. Totally worth it. Only small issue is the sensor sometimes gets knocked off of the net when shooting a good swish from distance (I just turn the sensor around and it works better). And also sometimes on a shot that hits the rim and goes through the basket softly, it doesn't count the shot make. Still totally worth it.

My son used the shot tracker for the first summer and a month in to the second summer. Shot over 40,000 shots in one summer. He loved it. Unfortunately, the tracker quit working. I reached out to buy replacement parts, but instead of letting me buy parts they replaced the entire shot tracker. The customer service and turn around time was amazing. Five stars!

Not worth the money

Did not accurately track my made and missed shots, it counted one miss, as 4 and often after a bank shot, it didn't recognize the make, it either didn't count it or it didn't register as a make
