I just received this stereo today. It took less than a week to receive. It came in a big truck and with 2 burly guys to unload it. I got free shipping with Amazon prime. The box was huge, almost didn't fit thru the front door. I really never expected this unit to be this frikin huge. .The speakers are massive and heavy. It took me a few hours to cut the box open and get this monster hooked up.. Of course the bass and sound is incredible. A button on the remote said TV connect and when I pressed it I was shockd my new 65" curved Samsung TV connected. The blue tooth works great, the USB works great. Not sure if I like all the flashing lights. The problem now is my big TV looks small.

This is not your grandma's stereo, it has bass that reverberates thru ur bones.

It's just so cool looking, playing xbox and PS4 thru these speakers is off the charts.There are so many features I will probably never use.

If you can afford it,buy it.

Will not play after 2 years

I paid over $2500 for this system over 2 yrs ago. I only used this several times over those 2 yrs. I had to take it to an electronics repair in Las Vegas and paid another $300 to get it working again. Today I went to turn it on after not using it for about 3 weeks. Same thing. Wont play CD's, Bluetooth just keeps saying "wait". USB wont play. Even the radio wont put out. This has got to be the worst purchase of my 51 yrs on this earth. This stereo hasn't been abused , it just stops working. I will NEVER EVER buy another Samsung product as long as I live.

This is the best of the Samsung Giga line hands down! This system has so much power and the led fuction as well as the design of the speakers and amp are beautiful. Each speaker weighs in at approx 110.2 lbs.....thankfully it has heavy duty wheels with locks so you can easily move them around and lock in place. I'm not going to get into the tech specs of this monster, but this system is well worth the price of admission. With that being said, if there were a way to connect two of these Giga 9500's like the Sony Shake55 3000W, I would have bought a second system. Indeed the force is strong with Samsung. That is all........
