Can't say no to lights.
by AgeGundam (4 out of 5 stars)
November 27, 2017

I like everything that it has to offer! Lights look great but I would definitely want for it to be able to do the chroma wave effect like razer does, and other than that I only have one gripe with it. The build quality, I knew from the reviews that I would have to be careful and I was, I was steady while putting it on my head and it was fine. But once I was at the library to study, my friend wanted to see them and I let him, as soon as he tried to put it on his head it broke, my head is quite larger than his and for some reason it broke while he tried to put it on his head, now it didn't completely break but it broke just enough on the headband near the middle and I had to makeshift a fix with hot glue and some plexiglass to strengthen the headband and fabric to cover up everything.

Edit: I decided to take off my fix and find some other way to fix this up.

Will die in less than a year's use
by Govi (2 out of 5 stars)
March 13, 2018

Bought 08/25/17.

Based on 3 months of regular use (walking around), no exercising and covered up 90% of the time from rain/ snow.

PROS
-Was snug fit and comfortable against my glasses.
-I think when you run the app the sound comes out a little better (subject to opinion).
-Looked nice for a while. LED good for matching clothes?
-Nice bass (not the biggest and baddest, but good for music enthusiasts).
-Can toggle treble and bass. Or use 3rd party app to bass boost, but I think it can create problems with the wearhaus app.

CONS
-LED color wouldn't save sometimes or change completely.
-Tap touch is awful and turned it off right away.
-You will need the app for adjusting LED, bass, treble.
-Huge problem after 4 months where it cracked in the middle. Crack became bigger overtime.
-Eventually left earcup (one without touch tap) stopped outputing sound.
-If there is mild interference the signal drops and cuts out audio from 1-10s (ruined my music listening).
-Because it cracked it becomes lose enough to fall of your head if you tilt forward/backward as little as 10 degrees.

OUTCOME

Stopped using it. Would buy again if they made the band more durable and fixed interference issues and made waterproof (at least from rain). Or hey, throw me a freebie one to test *wink* *wink*. Wouldn't trust them after dishing out a nice penny for these boys and having it become dysfunctional after less than a year.

WHAT'S NEXT?

I'm looking for headphones. Need some nice ones, no LED is fine. I just want them to look sleek like these, wireless, give nice sound and last years, durability please.

Good headphones, great price
by H.R. (3 out of 5 stars)
February 2, 2018

UPDATE: Another con- when the battery needs charging, the headphones emit a insanely LOUD, high-pitched sound. It's happened to me three times and every time I thought I might be deafened or similarly impaired. Has anyone else experienced this? Or is my unit just detective? Changing rating.

I love these headphones. The sound is great, they're not too heavy, they fit comfortably, and the battery life is pretty decent.

My only complaint is that there is no sound to alert you that the headphones are off. There is a voice announcement for when they are turned on and for when they are connected via Bluetooth, but nothing for power off. I've accidentally drained the battery power on these a few times bc of this.

Arrived in one day
by Manda (5 out of 5 stars)

Arrived very fast. So far so good. Still learning the controls so they are not responding sometimes or I accidentally activate Siri! I replaced 2 of my LED wireless headphones (one ECandy another a different brand but exact same) one the battery last less than 5 hours the other one used to last 8 hrs without LEDs but now only lasting about 6 hours and sound leaks through the metal "mesh" where the LEDs show from. So I had to be careful with how loud and which song I listen to. Now with these headphone, I don't hear any noise leaks and I don't have to worry about it.

These headphones also fit nice and secure to my head/ears and I wear glasses and these are still comfortable.

I love the app because I can change the colors of the headphone. I think it would be cool to have one side one color and the other another color.

Overall, these are great headphones so far and I don't really hear outside noises too much. :) I still think the price is still a bit high and I wish they were foldable but like the headphone stand it came with in box. =P

Good sound, mediocre build quality
by Matt (2 out of 5 stars)
April 27, 2018

The wearhaus arc headphones have really good sound quality and the lights make them that much cooler. The headphones can be controlled either through the app or one the touch sensitive headphones themselves. This allows for quick change of song/volume/color which means you can keep the phone in the pocket and not have to fumble around a lot. The headphones, while having really good sound, could have been built much better. The headband has minimal flexibility and creates a tight and uncomfortable fit on the ears. But as most people have commented, the band cracks easily which then allows for a normal comfortable feel. It's unfortunate that the headphones have to "break" in order to get a better experience out of them. At $100 I would say while the sound is good, the build quality is sub par. I would recommend looking elsewhere for headphones in this price range

Headband cracks too easily.
by Philip O. (3 out of 5 stars)

The sound quality is pretty good. You will definitely turn heads with this. The color customization options for the lights are impressive as well. Never had a problem connecting. The battery life is pretty good too. So why not a 5 star? Too big issues for me. People always know I'm on it cause my voice sounds low and muffled. I have to talk loud, especially if I'm out side. Bigger issue, the band is too hard a plastic and cracked in the middle. Now I'm a a pretty athletic guy with a passion for bt everything. I figured I was just to ruff with them. Bought another pair, same crack, same place. Both pair within a months time. Not all the way through, the padding does a good job keeping them together, but they constantly feel they'll break any moment. I love these babies, buy I usually wear them just to show off.

looks,feels, and sounds good
by Prophit (4 out of 5 stars)

This is my 2nd pair of Arcs, I'm a fan of the aesthetics and comfort they provide. The sound quality is crisp, clear and the bass has some umph to it. I'm not exactly an audiophile but the overall experience of wearing and using them is pleasant. My buying point is that they last 12 hours atleast on a single charge while the lights are on and that I can still use them with an audio Jack when they don't have any juice. The app is is simple if bare bones and I have google music services so I can't use the sharing station option. The presentation is great with the minimal design using Matte black finish and chrome like accents on the hinges where it adjusts for the head. The bottom is a painted silver that's not bad. the light them selves and the system that you use to customize really pop even during day time use. The one thing I would have liked besides being able to share my google play music station would be that while you can have 2 of them linked to one device you can only customize the lighting if you only have one paired so you can't share with the app with both of them at the same time. I've contacted support a few times to make some inquires and they've been polite and helpful.I'm pretty happy with my purchase

Works amazing with my iPhone 6
by S. Ma (5 out of 5 stars)
August 17, 2017

Works amazing with my iPhone 6, after I charged for two hours and the ring light turned green I was able to pair it quickly with no issues at all. It's great to be able to walk around without being tied to my phone or computer and not have to worry about suddenly pulling a cable out! I received this in the mail yesterday afternoon and since then I've already gotten compliments on these headphones from every person I've come across at work (a rather large animation studio). I've recommended these headphones to a handful of people who want one of their own. :) The lights are noticeable even in broad daylight, but they really stand out when I'm wearing them in my office. I'm not an expert when it comes to sound quality, but these suits my needs just fine. My husband tested the noise-cancelling function of these headphones and commented that they work rather well. All in all I would definitely recommend, it's well worth the price!

I really wanted to keep these but..
by Shanna (3 out of 5 stars)

I really wanted to keep these but they were just too tight for my head. After about an hour at the gym they became uncomfortable. And I couldn't wear them with my glasses so there was no way I could wear them all day at work. They sound amazing and the lights are really cool but they were just too tight for me. Probably just because I have a big head though.

pretty good audio, bad hardware design
by zaya8588 (2 out of 5 stars)
November 16, 2017

I was giving this 4 stars because it had good battery life with pretty good quality sound. However, now I am dropping it to two because out of nowhere and by that I mean I didn't drop, sit on it, or do anything out of the ordinary to it, but somehow while it was just sitting on my head one of the plastic hinges holding the right ear to my head popped or broke. Now, I can't get it to stick to my head. Every time I try and put it back it pops back out. The headphones still work, but this is just nonsense.
