Nice, not without flaws.by Audrey (5 out of 5 stars)

This is a great inflatable tub, there are some cons and I'll get to those. I actually purchased it to use for an underwater photography project - my built in bath tub is a bit too small so this works well for what I need. I planned on using it as a spa as well because why not? I am able to use my bath bomb, melts, etc in it and it works beautifully. I'm a big fat person as well - size 24/26 so I was a bit worried about not fitting but I fit in perfectly! It's nice and snug but not too cramped - obviously the sides of the tub aren't hard so I imagine people of many sizes would fit nicely! I had lots of extra room if I laid on my side, too. It was just a very comfortable and relaxing experience!
So I probably soaked for like 40 minutes? I felt SO relaxed after but then I got out and had to wonder how the heck was I going to empty this thing. The drainage hose is at a strange angle, it doesn't really drain? It was actually leaking a bit around the drainage port but none of the water successfully made it through the hose. It took around 12 back and forth trips with a giant bucket to empty this thing, then the help from my brother AND mom to carry the rest into the bath tub and dump in, rinse it out, dry it off... What a hassle. I don't know how I would be able to fix this issue and it's a shame because that cleanup is the last thing you want to deal with after such a relaxing experience! Also, the electric pump gets super hot after using it for only a minute or two. I really thought sparks were about to fly out of it any moment. It made me nervous. I also don't really see the point of the little "pillow" - kind of useless I felt. ALSO, they show photos of people using their laptops and stuff when the thing is zipped up but it is NOT sturdy enough! The flap caves in, I left it open anyway and found the water stayed warm for quite awhile anyway.

I am not able, physically, to get down ...

I am not able, physically, to get down into the tub, as it sits on the floor. I did not take this into account when I sent for it, and I am afraid I am going to have to send it back. It has never been used. Disappointing, to be sure.

Love it! Easy to fill. Instruction to use very easy to understand. Get the electric pump that goes with it. Stick it in the shower and turn the water on. When I am finished bathing, it is easy to drain in the shower. Be sure you have the drain hose is on the tub. After it drains I leave it in the shower until it dries. I put mine in closet. Well made. It is better than spending thousands of dollars to remodel a bathroom. I highly recommend it.
