I cannot say how well the toilet paper "performs" as I bought this set as a white elephant present. However the look of this Polaroid toilet paper dispenser is awesome! You don't have to keep buying the printed paper, but I will say that it probably adds more authenticity to the look. When this gift was opened it received a lot of oohs and ahhs. It's a funny piece and certainly a conversation starter if you have this in your home.

Looks great in our bathroom. Replacing the roll could be easier. It isn't too bad but it takes longer than your traditional TP holder

Very cool item! Bought it for a Christmas Gift Exchange. It looks a little cheaply made, HOWEVER, it is a novelty item and very fairly priced! So I am happy with this product!
