Works well for motion sickness

As someone who suffer from BPPV and therefore more susceptible to motion sickness on a plane/car/boat this thing is amazing. I ate it 30 minutes before the flight and it works so well that I finally knew what feeling normal is like on an airplane. I have tried various different anti-nausea tricks from ginger pills to Dramamine and all they do is suppress the feeling of nausea but not completely eliminate it. This is definitely something I'll start buying before a trip.

The taste of the bar is interesting. It does have a ginger taste to it but I don't find it unpleasant. I do wish it has less filling and is smaller in size. It is a bit tough to bite off and some indentation on the bar would help break off pieces. Once you start chewing, the bar itself isn't that tough.

As a chiropractor, I am always interested in natural health care products. Recently, I was introduced to the Anchor Nutriton. I was excited of the prospect of a company developing nutrition based rather pharmaceutical products to help with common ailments which are often associated with secondary detrimental effects. Last week I asked two of my patients if they would like to try the product. They each noticed a definite improvement. For one patient the nausea had completely resolved within 30 minutes. For the other it was "at least 80%better. They each wanted more Anchor bars.

I will continue to provide the Anchor bar to my patients in need and will keep you posted.

Great natural remedy!

I am so glad to have found a natural solution to motion sickness. I recently took a harbor sunset cruise, and while I normally feel queasy on a boat, had my Anchor bar with me and ate some - and subsequently had no problems at all, so was able to fully enjoy the trip! Any anti-nausea medications that you can buy in the drug store usually have unpleasant side effects, such as drowsiness. You also cannot mix them with alcohol, and as this was a sunset cruise, we wanted to enjoy a glass of wine as well. I am delighted to have found Anchor Nutrition bars, and will make sure to carry one in my purse! They are tasty and mild enough to enjoy even with a touchy stomach, and I felt good knowing that it was a healthy snack as well. So thankful!

A Huge Help!

I'm so glad to have found Anchor Bars! My daughter had terrible "morning" sickness that lasted all day. For a while she was unable to eat much of anything except Anchor Bars. Not only do the ingredients help with nausea, but the bars taste great too! They were worth every penny! I highly recommend trying them! They were a huge help!

First off let me say that I was skeptical that these bars would work. My girlfriend suffers from bad motion sickness in the car and on planes and I will occasionally get it on the water. We didn't expect much, however these bars worked in all 3 scenarios. Not only that, we didn't feel drowsy like we do with traditional motion sickness drugs. They're also great for high-intensity workouts as a don't feel sick like I sometimes do after my more rigorous sessions. Regarding the bars as a snack, what a pleasant surprise. The blueberry flavor was great, they were filling, and my girlfriend (who's a registered dietitian) was a big fan of the nutritional value of the product. These are perfect for someone on the go, I highly recommend them to anyone that suffers from nausea. I'll be giving a couple to my relatives that suffer from medication side effects next, give these a shot and you won't be disappointed!

I love these bars! My husband travels a lot for business and has started packing Anchor Bars as a convenient and healthy alternative to airport food. They are a great snack for trains, planes or long car trips -- nutritious and help avoid dreaded motion sickness and general travel queasiness. I've also found that they make a nice breakfast when I wake up feeling a bit off (from a hangover or a big dinner or whatever). The bars definitely help settle my stomach.

I like the taste. It is mild enough to be palatable when not feeling well, but tasty enough to enjoy as a snack. It definitely isn't like eating a candy bar, but my preschooler and toddler both gobbled it down and asked for more. My kids don't get carsick, but I would definitely give them Anchor Bars if they did. I wish they had been around to help my morning sickness when I was pregnant!

As a pregnant woman, I am always at risk of feeling queasy or nauseous without warning. Its been a big help to find these bars to curb those feelings! One thing about the flavor (but take with a grain of salt as pregnant tastebuds are out of whack!) --the blueberry is not a strong flavor in the bar. I still really like the taste (like the hints of ginger!) but it's not overpowering blueberry if that's what you are expecting! The bars are filling without weighing you down---which is a big plus too when you are pregnant and have less room in your belly:) Highly recommend for anyone experiencing nausea!

These nutritional bars for morning sickness are great! They taste good and offer relief from morning sickness in less then an hour. They are also healthy and safe, and have no side effects!! I highly recommend them!!

Fantastic meal replacement for business travelers too

I've been using these as meal replacement bars when I travel and they're just fantastic. They taste great and they offer great protein, they are also low in fat and, importantly, low in sugar, and there's no chocolate shell to get on a suit. I don't normally get motion sickness, but as a frequent business traveler I'm often reading email/looking at a smartphone while traveling in a car from airport to office where I have felt mild motion sickness and I have none after I've eaten one of these.

along with being delicious, these tasty bars are also effective. my wife struggles with all kinds of motion sickness -- car, boat, plane, bike (i'm not kidding). she's also dealing with some morning sickness right now. these bars have been a lifesaver for both her well being and my sanity. 10/10 would eat again.
