Cute and as described. Comes with some sort of water absorbing balls (marked as non-toxic, dirt alternative) and seed packet for the grass. Has instructions on how to grow the grass linked to the company website. I'm currently saving those for later and using the rectangle dish as an extra water bowl.

Note that some of the English used on instructions was a bit off, but clear and understandable.

Has little grippy pads on the bottom, the bowls were white and cat eared as shown, and the wood looks natural. Seems to be the same height as a similar elevated bowl we were using before, but much classier. Cats quickly adjusted to these.

The bowls are wider than deep, which is supposed to be more comfortable for the cat's whiskers.

A plus was that the actual box was well decorated with ornate cat art. We'll be using these as nifty gift packaging to cat loving friends! (note the box was shipped in a non-descript Amazon box per the norm)

This is the cutest cat dish/dining ever.

The grass took about a week to grow to the length you see in the picture here. I followed the instructions from the video, which I had to watch a few times because it moves quickly, but it helps. I would suggest a spray water bottle to keep the top layer of seeds from drying out- which I didn't have.

The colored water beads appeared very sparce at first, but once they soak up the water, they fill the dish perfectly.

This is the first day our cat is using the dish so I'm not sure how the physics behind the bowl tilt and table height will fair in preventing our cat from throwing up her food, but we're hopeful.

Either way, this dish is aesthetically appealing and the customer service is excellent. I originally received the wrong colored bowls and new ones were shipped out immediately.

I'm currently using the right side bowl for water but I plan to purchase the new water bowl once it becomes available.

I la la love it. My kid was a tad confused how to eat from a higher angle. She started pawing her food out and eating it off the mat. LMAO So I went and put some of her favorite canned food in and she went from the plant side, (plant was from Petsmart cause I wanted to see if she liked it or not.) I had to adjust her body and she looked at me like I was a wizard. She loves it! She thought it was a toy at first cause of the holes when the bowls weren't there. It's truly a beautiful set. Thank you so much! I really wanted to get the wood grain one but I'm glad I went with the white one instead. It goes well with everything.

Also I apologize for the seller for some confusions when I left a feedback on this table.

I wasn't paying any attention and accidentally left a feedback on this korean bb cream make up compact. LOL

Definitely bigger than I was expecting, or maybe my kitten is just that small in comparison. Using the grass feeder for water right now until I get another bowl, otherwise this is great for Cheddar and I hope keeps his muscles, shoulders, and neck comfy while he scarfs down his daily eats.

As for Cheddar, since he can't read, the instructions sent with the package were unclear. He really enjoys his new cardboard house though.

The modern design looks beautiful in our apartment. Our cat loves it and the dishes are easy to clean. The wood seems to have a water stain resistant material which keeps it looking fresh between wipe downs. The seeds provided for the wheat grass didn't grow and the water beads they provided were useless (also hazardous for pets if swallowed). We purchased seeds for another vendor and the wheat grass has grown rapidly. The cost is expensive for a pet bowl. It is great for pet to not have to bend their necks to floor to eat and the appearance is nice. You're paying for the look and design of the bowls. Our cat has been taking the food out of the bowl and placing it on the floor before eating. I am glad to have purchased this item but if i had to do it again, I would look for something cheaper rather than this product.

My cat really enjoys the tray bowl holder. I notice she does not have to struggle to to get her food as she did with her old bowl that I fed her on a flat tray.Why did I give this product 3 starts. I feel that the catnip tray and slot is not needed as I have a fresh catnip grass at home, as well as dry catnip. I had wish I could have had a option to just buy the tray and bowls, as well that a extra bowl was provided, so that I could swap it out when feeding her. I do use the extra bowl as a water bowl.

Another issue I have is the the rubber placement holder for the bowl were poorly secured and came off. I had to glue them in place with some gorilla glue.

I love most things aesthetically pleasing and mid century modern, Frank Lloyd Wright-ish. I also love some contemporary modern and minimalist..this cat dish and cat grass grower covers all 4 of those points. First I have to commend the packaging, you know you have something special that has arrived to your home when you notice the art work on the box. beautiful by the way, if you ever sell place matts, count me in! Everything about this, the way it is packaged and literally the excitement of unpacking it all...You are in for a treat and worth every penny. Hand wash the bowls, not sure if they are dish washer safe. And honestly, it is really nice to see a beautiful, crafted and quality product. The material of the act bowls are very similar to that of Japanese tea cups, but with a matt finish, I think. I treated mine to prevent staining and would like to possibly buy 1 more and leave the cat grass area for water with the 2nd one and a small aquarium motor to allow the water to circulate and remain fresh...Beautiful piece of art and functionality all 5 stars. I believe Christmas kitty knows it is something special, as is he, best furry baby ever, of course. Surprisingly Fast delivery and not one item damaged. Thank you. BE Well

My 17yo kitty with early renal failure drinks water like CRAZY! I bought this to make it a little easier for him, and he adapted to this without skipping a beat. NB, however: the angle of the bowls means that they do not hold as much water as you would otherwise anticipate. It ended up being about the same as OEddie Puss' usual water bowls, however, so it didn't really matter for us.

I haven't tried the cat grass "soil" they sent with the kit; they are a bunch of synthetic beads and come with a disclaimer against any injury in the event they may be swallowed -- too much of a risk for my OEddie, but the ceramic container easily contains the usual cat grass I get from the pet store, so, again, not a relevant issue.

The overall construction is quite sturdy, attractive, and, most importantly, just the right height, size, and general usefulness for my cat.

Bowls chipped and not flush - warped after 2 months

Overall, the bowls are nice and easy to clean, and they look nice. The bowls do not sit flush like in the picture, and one of the ears is chipped and there is some cracking under the glaze of the bigger rectangle bowl, but I don't have time to send it back and not have my cat have anything to use. The seeds also did not sprout, and I'm afraid to use the water beads since it says cats cannot swallow them and this is a food bowl. They are marked non-toxic but still say they cannot be consumed, so I wouldn't use them if you are not constantly at home.

Update - June

After two months of use, the wood has warped. I am in contact with the manufacturer and they blamed the local climate, but I live in Colorado, which is a pretty dry place to begin with, so I'm thinking it is the bowls not being made well. They suggest I switch to the buddy feeder, and after originally denying my request, are sending a new tray and new bowls.

I would also emphasize that they say the two main bowls cannot be used for water. The only one meant for water is the big square bowl, but it is so big I would worry about water contamination over time, as well as my cat having a problem getting to the bottom of the bowl. Please keep that in mind, as I did not originally read that before purchase.

Makes my once boring feeding area look quite posh!

I do love this feeding center. Pros: beautiful, high quality product. Grass is growing well, and I keep it cut and watered. He hasn't quite eaten it yet, but it looks pretty none the less! Con: for some reason the dry food tends to slip out of the bowl easily so some is ending up on the floor. It could be the weird way my cat eats it, or maybe I'm filling it too full or maybe it's the food I use. Some of my other bowls actually fit the pre-cut holes so I may experiment with using them as they have a bigger 'lip' around the edge. Overall, I'm pleased and would recommend. The cat likes it too!
