Cap to rinse makes this easier to use than Scrubbaby Y. R. Wu (4 out of 5 stars)

We have a Scrubba, and the air release valve disintegrated. I used some duct tape to seal the hole so it's now just a dry bag with some nubs on one side and a narrow clear window along the side.
The Laundreez is not nearly as nice construction overall, weighs a bit more (5.3 oz vs 2.8) and doesn't roll as compactly, but the mesh bag helps with the agitation and most of all, the large valve allows you to wash and rinse without opening the bag back up.
While the Scrubba is rubberized nylon fabric, the Laundreez is a thick vinyl - kind of stiff, though with warm water it becomes fairly flexible. You can really see how clean the clothes are with the Laundreez while the Scrubba window isn't very effective, particularly when washing darker clothes.
I'd probably say that the Scrubba isn't worth the extra money over simply using a camping dry bag, but the Laundreez offers some real advantages.

Nice but not strong enough...

I enjoy this product but it's not very durable...after only 2 washes, the threading on the blue bottom part started unravelling causing it to leak a little. Perhaps I'll duct tape it once it gets to be too much, but right now as long as I keep it in my bathtub while soaking, I can deal with this inconvenience.
UPDATE:
So it's been about 4 months since my 1st review and it's pretty broken now...the handle at the bottom came off and the whole blue part is unravelling. I only use it once a week for small items like undies, socks, washcloths...I'm super disappointed that it didn't last longer. I still plan on using it until the whole bottom falls off (cuz I'm too broke to buy a new one), but it has to stay in my tub since otherwise it leaks everywhere.
Replacing, bottom leaked. But won't give up!

I love this idea and chose this product over other similar products because of the features and multiple uses. Unfortunately when I tried it at home before my trip I found that there is a leak in the bottom at the seam. This was disappointing, but I'm glad that I tested it before my trip. I'm returning it for a new one because I don't want to give up on it. Thankfully I've left plenty of time before I leave for this exact reason. I'll update once I get the new bag in a few days.
I also have some of that sealing spray stuff that you see on TV with the guy in the boat with the screen door bottom... so when the Bag eventually breaks down, I'll probably just throw some of that on it.
Worked Great for Us

We used this portable washer multiple times on our two-week cruise. While you aren't able to wash a lot of clothes at once, you can adequately wash three to four tee-shirts or button downs, a pair or two of jeans (average sized), OR several smaller items like socks or underthings. You don't stay completely dry while washing, but the bag did not leak or get water everywhere when using it as instructed. This was a much better alternative than sending the clothing out for the cruise line to wash. ($$$)
IT JUST PLAIN WORKS.

I completed a 100-day trip around the world! 47 countries. Mostly stayed in hostels. People kept asking me how I handled laundry on this trip.
Well...THIS is how I handled it.
The bag folds up fairly small and works VERY well! Outer bag also can double as a dry-bag and inner mesh bag can also serve other functions on your trip when not being used for laundry.
I highly recommend you pair this with camping laundry soap, which comes in a 100-pack and is also available here on Amazon.
Reduce the travel laundry bill

I used this on a recent 3-week trip to Paris. Every other night I filled it with hot water and a laundry detergent sheet or some hotel shower gel (that wasn't as effective as the laundry sheet). I could fit either 4-5 pairs of underwear OR 4-5 pairs of socks OR 3 shirts OR 1 pair of pants. After I rolled the top down and clipped it shut, I opened the valve on the side to let out a little air then sealed it again. I rested the Laundreeze on its side in the hotel bathtub and rolled it back and forth to agitate it - for 2-3 minutes. Then I let it soak overnight. In the morning I emptied the dirty water, filled the bag with clean, cold water twice for a "rinse cycle," then I wrung out the clothes as much as I could and hung them on a travel clothesline to dry. This is definitely a step up from washing your clothes in the sink (kind of gross, really) but not as good as a washing machine. My clothes were clean and smelled good, so that goes a long way. It was a great stop gap until I could get to a laundromat, and I didn't have to use the hotel laundry and pay a small fortune there. If you're going away for a week or less, don't bother. I was away for so long that this helped me pack fewer clothes and keep the ones I brought clean.
A Multi-Purpose Product That Works Great On The Trail & Even In Your Hotel Room.

Packing light is important whether we are on the trail or traveling via airplane. We are either limited by our fitness level or by airline restrictions. So basically, if we are on the go, we need to keep these limitations in mind. I usually ask myself while packing.. "do I really need this and can it serve multiple purposes?" My answer usually dictates whether I pack that item or not.
Recently I was sent a couple of Laudreez Portable Clothes Washers to review. What caught my eye was the components that the Laudreez comes with. It contains a dry bag that can be used for protecting gear from the weather, water gathering, a cooler for cold beverage and just about anything else that you can think of in a pinch. It also contains a mesh bag which is designed for laundry purposes but can also be multi-purposed for things such as a live bait bag. Let's not forget the purpose that it is intended for when all the items are combined; a portable clothes washer.
By having a way to wash my clothes while I'm on the go allows me to pack much lighter. Even when I am in a hotel room, this Laundreez will allow me to save money on pricey laundering services. I try to stick with clothes that are thin and dry fast. Selecting this type of clothing makes my lifestyle much easier but is also an ideal choice of clothing to use with the Laundreez. Keep that in mind when deciding whether or not this portable clothes washer is right for you.
I found that the seams on the Laundreez can be a bit better. They are glued or hot synced on which may pose a problem in the future. While I put it through the paces in my review, I did not experience any issues but it is something that I will keep my eye on. We are quite rough on our gear while we are in the field so durability is a must.
If you are in need of a multi-purpose laundry solution for your on-the-go incidentals, this may be a good option for you.

Passed the test on a 2-week trip

My expectations were minimal, but I was quite pleased with the PCW on a recent 2-week trip to the Middle East. I washed 4 "loads" and got completely acceptable results. The bag's design and construction seems quite robust. I ended up not using the screw-on cap very much (just left it attached to the bag's "spout"); it was just as easy to simply open and close the bag from the top. Still, it's nice to have for people who prefer to fill or empty the bag that way.
Exactly what I needed

Currently on a 3 month business trip and I usually wash things in the sink of the hotel when I can. So far, used this once (3 bras, 2 pair of underwear, and 3 pair of socks) and I was presently surprised. Filling, agitating, dumping, rinsing, and somewhat wringing all in one bag is wonderful. Another quick wringing after coming out of the bag was needed but after drying, everything was wonderfully clean.
So far I am loving this product! I will update if anything happens in the next 3 months.
