Some people expect to much.by Richard Gray (5 out of 5 stars)

I love this fob a lot! Those that say it doesn't glow for very long are expecting to much. If you left it in the Arizona Sun for 3 hours how long do you think it would glow? It's not a flash light. I live in AZ and can agree with this reviewer. It doesn't glow brightly that long.
It's a simple device that helps you find your keys in low light situations. On some occasions it doesn't glow very brightly but enough where I can see it in low light or very dark places. It's been on my key ring for over a year and it's held up very well. Hasn't bent or suffered any scratches.
Remember it's not flashlight or that it will glow for hours if you leave it in the Sun. But if you're looking for your keys in the dark it will help.
Not a tritium vial glow stick

I was looking for a real tritium glow key chain and this came up in the keyword search on Amazon. If I were looking for a non-tritium glowing fob, this is pretty nifty looking. It stays glowy (that's a word now) for about 2 hours and then fades to darkness over time. I'll keep using this until my tritium fob arrives from a very long boat ride.
Pretty light, sort of. ..

It's okay. Like a lot of glow in the dark stuff, it needs to get light to give light. The light it gives doesn't last long. I leave for work when it's still dark, and I wanted this thing to provide a little light when I am locking the house door as I leave. But this thing is in the dark in my room all night, so it's pretty much dead when I leave. It looks good when I go to sleep though.

This is just a glorified glow stick. Not worth the money, it doesn't illuminate anything, just glows and only AFTER you hold it up to a light.
Pretty nifty key fob

This doesn't get as bright as I thought it might, but it is still useful. If I remember to expose it to some light, it makes my keys easier to find at the bottom of my purse when coming home late. It doesn't take much light exposure to make it glow, so in that way it is convenient. It's also very solid and it looks cool.

I will be returning this. I charged it in the sun all day and it was dead when I remembered it. I then charged it with a high lumen tactical flashlight and it's unusably dim 15 minutes later. It's nice looking and feels well built but it's intended application is no good
legit

I take my dog out for 4 mins in the day time and this thing charges pretty well during that time frame. Was surprised the sun charged it while it was in my hands. It's a bit expensive for something so small though and I think there's YouTube videos out there where they teach you how to make this for half the listed price.

Like others have said, not very bright on its own, but put it under a light source for a few seconds and it is VERY bright and easy to see. Not at all like the tritium that I have seen and used before on other applications.
Nice little lantern!

I've personally dealt with Thomas (owner of TEC) a few times before. This is a nice, well made product, from a great guy, and great company! Not my first TEC product, and definitely won't be my last!

Thing is pretty useless. Had it sitting in sunlight all day to charge and a regular match stick is 10x brighter. Waste of a good $25
