Good product, It does fly WITH PRACTICEby Amazon Customer (4 out of 5 stars)

I have been flying RC for many years, from planes and helicopters to drones mini and large. This is a totally different flying experience. You can not fly this like any typical RC aircraft. It is squirrely and unstable. Learn to fly it straight first and then incorporate turns as you get better. You can not hold the bird in a turn or it will dive and crash. It is all about being subtle in the controls. Is it flyable yes. Does it take practice yes. . This is a fun product for an RC flyer looking for a new challenge. Give the bird 4 or 5 charges before it starts to perform at its peek. I have yet to fly a full charge with out crashing. But it is fun. No wind is a must for the initial starts. Not everything should be plug and play. Working for success is part of the fun.

The Bionic bird is fun to fly. It takes some practice, but you can get it flying around looking like the real thing. You need no wind and an open enough area to keep it out of the trees. It is a bit pricy, but for me a fun toy.

The bird would shut down every time we took it off the charger despite being charged for two hours. App would connect to the bird while sitting on the charger but when removed the app would report No Bird. No troubleshooting or support resources from the company. Gladly returned.

Huge waste of money. It broke the very first time we used it. It didn't last even five minutes. DO NOT BUY THIS PIECE OF TRASH!

this is a great idea, and tech gadget for those people who like different gadgets....but, this is harder than you think to get it to respond with your iPhone app. It flies fast or slow depending on how you dial it in but it just moves so fast, it winds up having you make it fly in circles and then it falls right back down to the ground.
Fun but challenging.

Worked great right out of the box but it's been hard to charge. It doesn't help that the only customer service is in France and you have determine when they are available based on coordinating time differences.
