I purchased this kit with the intent of giving it as a gift. I have a number of small survival kits and to be honest, with the low price I wasn't expecting much. However, after examining the kit, I've changed my opinion. I think the kit is well stocked; I especially like the medical items, the small pocket tool, candle and paracord bracelet. The skull mask is cool, good for protecting against the spread of airborne zombie viruses plus it keeps your neck/lower face warm when it's cold and it protects from the sun when you are out and about. The only things I didn't like are: ear plugs (I'm not sure the purpose of ear plugs in a survival kit. I would want to be able to hear the approach of a zombie), the small snaplink (I know it's not for lifesaving but perhaps if the tin had a lanyard and you could use the snaplink to attach it to your kit it would be good, but otherwise it takes up space. Finally, the fire starter. I would have preferred to have weatherproof matches. This firestarter will leak. Otherwise, I like the kit and put it in my daughter's vehicle glove box.

I am severely disappointed in this product. All the reviews make it out to be something it most certainly is not. This is just a novelty kit with about $5 work of product (if that). Neat concept, poor execution. If you're looking for a survival kit with products that will actually help you survive something in real life...THIS IS NOT IT. Even as a themed novelty kit, this is junk. Save your money.

The most useful items are the anti-bacterial goop and the bandaids.

The card multi-tool could be useful, but ALL the edges are sharp and can easily break skin.

The "tactical knife" is a card-knife that can neither be properly locked open or properly locked closed. It struggled with cutting the plastic this survival kit came wrapped in.

The dust mask is unfinished on the edges. It can easily become unraveled and had lots of loose ends fresh out of the package.

There was a tea candle. Yep.

Compass did not point North. Ever.

Glow sticks were not bright enough to illuminate the desk they were lying right on.

The fire starter is a joke. Don't get me wrong..With some skill it can be used, but it is absolute junk. I broke the metal bar after a few practice tries.

Overall, if I hadn't had a gift card to waste, I would have returned the item for a refund. Even my son who is all about zombie survival thought it was junk.

Got a miniature version of everything. Seriously the tin is smaller than my sons hand and every thing looks like someone made it in their moms basement. Purchased it for my 6 year old for Christmas and he was even unimpressed, and extremely disappointed. not worth $2 much less what they are charging!!

This is a sweet little package jam packed with some cool stuff! I love all things Zombie related, and this is a neat setup. I was very surprised at how much can be squeezed into such a little tin - but they did it. And quite honestly, the quality of some of the items is better than expected. I love the fire starter and the multi-tool - those will find their way into my truck ASAP. Para-cord bracelet, minor first aid items, glow sticks, skull bandana, stickers - This little package has something for everyone. I would definitely recommend it for the Zombie lover you know!

I bought this for my friend for her bday, she is super obsessed with TWD and anything zombie.

My children have been wanting Zombie Survival Kits for a while now. I bought this as a stocking stuffer for them this Christmas and they were super excited. The items inside are quirky and brilliant! We are definitely well stocked for an initial zombie attack!

This small kit is packed with fun! My son loves everything that came in this kit. His favorite is the small "card knife" thing. All the stuff in here can be used for survival in real life situations. I love the packaging. Great buy!

This was purchased for my grandson as a Christmas gift. At this point I can't really give a review but I can say that it arrived in time and well packaged. The kit looks well thought out and I honestly think he'll get a kick out of it. After all, he and his grandma think alike...

While small, it does contain enough to start you on your way to surviving - just perfect to carry in your backpack or briefcase. I would suggest that it go into a larger bag along with other essential stuff to enhance your survival experience
