Excellent UV reactiveness, odd smell

Cool little UV paint bottles. I know the size is posted in the description but the bottles were smaller than I expected. As far as the UV responsiveness, 6 of the 8 colors are phenomenally reactive, the last two are just "meh". I purchased them for my sons room, to paint some fake plants I placed under a UV bar, this paint worked perfectly. I DID notice it said that it was for face painting as well, but I wouldn't want to put it near my face...it smells like a weird fishy odor...very similar to how "Fix-a-flat" smells, or...well I'll just stop here.

Having fun in the dark

Used this on a model a few weeks ago and i worked out really well. Never used UV paint before but this was an excellent choice. I took about an hour and a half to paint the model and the paint went on easily. By the way it worked like any other paint, wet creates a more smooth finished as opposed to dry it creates a rough finish. Also since this is glow in the dark paint, make sure you rinse the brushes after switching colors so you don't end up with weird colors. It lasted for the whole two hours while i was shooting. After the model took a shower, it came off her body and hair easily with no stains or anything! Great choice to use for Uv paint!!!!

bought this a year ago thinking I would use it then, but just now opened it up this morning and WOW! so awesome! Learned a few things while using this kind of paint for the first time with how it blends and layers. I do suggest if you are using a brush to apply as I did... that when you want a nice even finish in the end, that you dab with your finger some fresh paint over the strokes that a brush makes. dabbing with your finger really helps smooth and blend into other areas.

I bought these paints to use for a photo shoot, and I think the picture speaks for itself. Bright, vivid colors, and it washed off really well! It doesn't seem like much, but a little goes a very long way.

Zero smudging! Vibrant colors!

Love these paints. As you can see in the photo (left in daylight/ right with black light) the colors are vibrant. However the purple paint does not glow at all. It's almost invisible. Which is why I gave 4 stars and not 5. Also the white looks more orange, and the pink and orange colors look similar. Paint lasts for hours and dries in a couple minutes. Greatest part... it doesn't smear! I rubbed my arm with my palm and it didn't smudge. So I was able to wear a sweater and pull it off when I got to the party and my body paint was perfectly in tact. I would suggest buying a black light and having it on when painting yourself to see the true effect because it'll as the picture shows the paints are very different with and without the black light. Great paints!

Fun, fun, fun!

This was such a fun purchase! The paints go a long way; I'll probably have them for the next year. The colors are vibrant and the brushes give so many different textures to play with. Plus, the black light is absolutely essential! It illuminates the color far better than traditional black light bulbs, unless you're in a club that's only got black lights. I have no regrets in purchasing this set!

I bought this for my daughter's glow themed birthday party and used it to paint the girls' faces. We had black lights all over the room so the girls looked awesome with their painted faces! The only color that didn't glow well it was purple which was a bummer because all the girls wanted "more purple" since they couldn't really see what was already there. A couple other things to note are that this cleans up really easily with almost no scrubbing (the girls painted my face after all of theirs were painted so I know from first hand experience) and also these pots of paint are pretty big so I have a ton leftover. A little goes a long way. We might have to do glow parties repeatedly so we can use it all!

This worked great did exactly what I wanted BUT DONT BUY IT. DOES NOT WASH OFF I REPEAT IT DOES NOT WAS OFF THE CLOTHES I HAVE A PANTS AND T-SHIRT THAT IS PERMANENTLY STAINED WITH THE PAINT

This paint is the BEST! Did a 5k last night with black lights and wanted something fun so decided to paint ourselves. Lots of options on Amazon, but SO HAPPY I got this. First off, we painted our faces and clothes and other runners who passed by got painted too! We went through multiple foam stations where the foam was wet and thigh high and the paint didn't come off......BUT rinsed off so easily in the shower (better than my regular face make-up). Best off? We still have a TON of paint left!!! We could literally do these black light events for 6 months before it runs out. A little goes a long way. Took the advice of other reviewers and bought some cheap paint brushes to apply it.

P.S. the orange, yellow, pink glowed brighter than the purple and blue. This was so fun!

And the smearing around the "2017" was due to my sister's writing the wrong year in my leg.....we stood in wet water and foam and shoes got soaked but this was taken AFTER I walked through water. Held up well!

Not what i expected. :(. It wash of very easy. Couldn't even have it for the festival painted that it was already out
