I love the concept of this mug, and bought it as a christmas gift. However, when it arrived, the large box it was shipped within had no bubble wrap or foam to cushion the small box housing the mugs. One mug arrived with a broken handle. Because they aren't in stock, I won't be able to get the replacement until well after christmas. And even then, I am concerned that it may arrive broken, too.

The mug itself seems fine. The handles are hollow and clearly fragile, so keep that in mind. Also, the mug is bigger than expected. Maybe a little awkward to hold, but not a big deal.

Just as promised. Best. Morning. Mug. Ever. Keeps my pastry warm as I drink my hot beverage. Mouth is wide to allow for beverage to flow from the cup, eliminating that sippy-cup feel you get from other mugs of this variety.

The only drawback: A solid one-piece porcelain construction limits the ability to clean the mug properly, so washing the mug immediately after use will assist in keeping your porcelain white mug in pristine condition.

We gave this as a gift to a couple of donut lovers at our workplace. When they opened it, they looked a little confused, but they got a kick out of it as soon as we explained what these mugs were for. High recommend. My mugs arrived well packaged, and unbroken.

Love it! My brother-in-law works for the sheriff's department, and I always get him a doughnut gift of some sorts. This mug was perfect. I was only expecting one mug and to my surprise there was two in the box. Now he can share the other with my sister. The mugs are bigger than I expected (think normal coffee mug) so even better!!
