I can't even put into words how much I love this set!! I have had several tea parties with my step daughter and it has held up great! It's made extremely well and people who see it sitting out go straight to it and want to touch it.

Very, very, very tiny and not what I was expecting for what I paid for. Paint missing on the rim of the cup. I was expecting to be excited and it was a disappointment. Plus it took forever to deliver, about a month.

Damaged chip!

It came broken! I bought this for my wedding which I'm glad isn't until October next year and not a month away. There were black dots everywhere on Mrs. Potts and the bottom of chips cup was completely shattered (the shattered pieces were in the bag). I'm very very disappointed in this product and I wish I could get my refund asap instead of waiting for them to receive the product. The receipt of return from UPS should be enough to issue the refund.
