Introducing The Taster, our latest handcrafted beer making starter kit. Handcrafted from rustic pine, this compact and clever design gives you all the basics to brew one gallon of tasty beer (about 10 bottles), including a set of 4 five ounce sampler glasses and coasters to share your brew with friends and family. Hidden compartments give you access to all your equipment when you need it, but keep it neatly out of sight when you're not brewing. A full set of instructions and recipes are also provided. Parts included: - Box Brew Kits wooden base, handcrafted from rustic pine - 1-gallon glass fermenter with crystal thermometer included - 4 5 oz. sampler glasses and removable coasters - Plastic Racking Cane - 3" Stainless Steel Funnel - 3-piece plastic airlock - Drilled rubber stopper - Laboratory thermometer - 3' length of 5/16" tubing and tubing clamp, for siphoning and bottling your beer - Recipe Book with over 25 recipes to choose from - Brewers' Log - Full set of instructions - A large stockpot will be needed for the brewing process - brewing pots are not included in our kits as most folks already have a suitable pot at home! *Note - this model does not include bottles to bottle your beer. Really great products. Quality craftsmanship in all the pieces/parts -it's a great kit. Nothing cheap. They put extra grain in and all the tools. Real sweet gift I'd say.

I've been home brewing for a while in the classic plastic bucket setup but I wanted to find something that actually looked presentable to have around the house and I stumbled onto this setup and I love it. The kit looks great (see attached pic from in my kitchen) and it's got everything I need in a compact and organized kit. The wood is clearly crafted by hand and not something that is just made in a factory in China and all the components are super good quality. It's sweet to just have everything I need right there and not be looking through all my drawers for everything. I'd definitely recommend this set up for anyone, I already got a second one as a birthday present for a buddy of mine!

Absolutely great product. Box Brew Kits had a variety of sizes and types of beer-making kits, and this one was a perfect fit for my friend's first housewarming present. The package got there on time and the kit seemed like it would be pretty easy to use, although we had to travel back home before my friend got a chance to start in on it. Looking forward to some cold beers upon my return to his place some time.
