Product Description
From FREEing. The Table Museum is a series of figma figures based on famous works of art that almost anyone would recognize! The fifth piece of art to join the series is the Vitruvian Man, which was originally illustrated by the man called the "Genius of the Century" — Leonardo Da Vinci. The drawing made in the Renaissance period illustrated the correlations of ideal human proportions with geometry and was referred to as the "harmony of the human body". Now you can enjoy Da Vinci's work as an articulated figure with all sorts of potential! Using the smooth yet poseable joints of figma, you can act out the classic "Vitruvian Man" pose and various other action poses. A flexible plastic is used for important areas, allowing proportions to be kept without compromising poseability. A special panel to recreate the full effect of the drawing is included. Alternate chest and upper arm parts, thigh parts and wrist parts are also included for various poses, as is an articulated figma.Features
- A FREEing import
- Continuing the series of figma figures based on famous works of art
- Based on the Leonardo Da Vinci illustration
- Articulated figure
- Alternate parts for posing options

I do not regret getting thisby Person (5 out of 5 stars)

By far the idea to purchase this was the best idea I had.
Things to note:
- The body of this figure is somewhat soft. If you've ever touched a cutting mat before then you can get a good idea what I mean.
- Every part of him can be dismantled and put back together easily which is especially good for maintenance and cleaning.
-There are extra 'pegs' that You can play with or use them in the joints during storage and one replacement joint for hands.
-You get 4 extra sets of hand poses.
-There are two sets of legs. 1 set of 4 and one set of two. Same with the torso.
- The stand, for how simple it is, is surprisingly sturdy. Much better than the stand on my Body-Kun DX figure. The peg is also a superior feature instead of the clamp/cradle. This make him more stable when in a posing position.
My only concern would be the longevity of the paint job as it seem like it'll wear after continual daily use and the stiffness outta the box. (I had trouble posing him initially but that's due largely to the strength I've lost in my wrist/arm due to CT and tendinitis.)
Looking forward to drawing/working on many new pieces.
Admittedly its a little hard for me to snap some of his limbs in place.I think thats largely due to how much strength I've lost in my wrist [CT] but it doesn't help that, for example, the hip/leg joint area was especially tough keeping the joints in place long enough to be snapped back on.

This statue did not arrive painted as displayed in the photos for the listing (or even as shown in the photos on the box which it arrived in). The hair on the statue is a different color than all the other pieces (not as shown). This is is still just as useful for figure drawing. This statue is expensive but still extremely poseable, fiercely imagined and well executed. There is an extra torso and hips in case you wish to use only one set of arms and legs as well as four spare sets of hands in various attitudes. In an effort to help others, the video shows both the size of the statue and the actual paint job to expect.
It did not disappoint. The articulation is very fluid

From the first time I saw the Thinker figure I knew I'd be trying to collect these, but the price has made me hesitate. But when I saw this figure I had to have it. It did not disappoint. The articulation is very fluid, the extra parts are very easy to swap, and the stand is very easy to use and get some nice poses.
But it's that sculpt that brought me here. I'm a major art nerd and Davinci is my favorite artist. Even though the extras are great and fun, it just represents the original sketch so perfectly in it's original state.
The parts are small and the figure a little delicate, but this isn't a figure for children by any means. I do have some concern about the soft material used on the pelvis, it seems to be like vinyl, so it should hold up over time, but be careful not to over pose it or leave it in extreme poses for extended periods as it might retain a different shape or tear, it is very thin.
If you can track one down, do. It was well worth the money. I wish it were a little taller to tie into displays with other figures in my collection, but even as a stand alone piece this figure looks fantastic on a shelf.
a well made product with attention to detail and great articulation.

It looks really nice. My only thing is that the hair comes all the way down to his back so he can't look up- weird because he can do all these other crazy positions, but can't look up. I might razor blade off a mm.
It's a great little sculpture though! Really well designed!
