My infamously bad back and I love the massage cushion! At the site of a "minor" injury from years ago, a group of nerves periodically contract and cause the muscles there to spasm. The pain of that is worse for me than just about any other pain I've experienced in my life (yes, including childbirth!), so when I can use the back massager for awhile, I don't need the pain pills and I am free of pain for hours, sometimes even days! My back and I thank you!

works nicely. but its big and heavy so beware of that, it fits in my chair but is so large when sitting it pushes me to the edge of the chair BUT it does a good job only thing Sadly I can't use it in my recliner- because of it's size. Oh and the heat I never have felt it get warm, so I don't think the heat is effective.

Naipo has developed a great tool for helping to relieve back and neck pain. I highly recommend this for anyone suffering from minor to chronic back pain. It also comes with a car charger so you can relax during the driving

We are excited to have received this massage cushion two days ago. Here is our observation so far:
1. It "sits" on a chair and it is light weight. It is very easy to move from one place to another.
2. It has two modes: red light on is for massage with heat; green is for massage only.
3. The kneading function is strong enough for me and feels comfortable.
4. It massages both lower back, which is what I need most, as well as upper back. I am 5"2 tall.
5. According to the instructions, you can also put the cushion on the floor and put your legs on it to get massage. We have not tried this yet.
6. It comes with an adapter that you can plug in the car, which we have not tried yet.

Overall, I highly recommend this product for its lightweight and strong massage mode. Enjoy!

Did alot of research on all deep kneading back massagers, especially for my lower back and neck and this has absolutely astounded my expectations by far. It hits all the main pain areas I have in my back since I have a slipped disc, bulging disc, and nerve damage for years now. It has also relieved migraines when I do my shoulders and neck. I wasn't expecting this extent of relief I've gotten since purchasing this massagers, but am very happy with it. I would definitely recommend it. Now I'm trying to get another one for my son, since he has almost the same issues as myself. He's hooked on it big time :-) I really hope it comes back on Amazon soon because I want to get it for his birthday :-) Please come back well worth the money.

Not what you'd expect for the money

Much too hard, stiff, and bulky. If you want to use this while sitting on a chair, even a recliner type chair, you will be pushed too far forward to be comfortable. The massager made my back hurt, it took a good 5 minutes for the pain to subside a bit. The heat did not work on the one I got, though the red light showed up.

It worked great the first few times I used it. I thought I had an issue with it breaking, but it turned out to be a self-inflicted issue and not an actual problem with device - so updating review. It's still working properly and it definitely provides relief to a tight back.

I worried I broke the motor by putting too much weight on it. For a few days it would freeze up but it's back to normal. It's strong-I just wish it could vary up the rhythm a little more but I think that's hard to ask of an already pretty complex robotic thing.

Standing for a very long time is really stressful. So when my back started hurting, I used this back massager and it really helped relax my muscles, I love the heating mode a lot! I would totally recommend this back massager and it makes a great gift for family and friends.

It had no heat. the power cord kept falling out. It did not want to power on and when it did it went off in s few min or the power cord wound slip off.
