I've never written a review before, let me say, that this fireplace met all of our expectations. First, the packaging is extremely well done, that being said, take your time- definitely have the fireplace near where you will build it out, very heavy!! Unpacking took longer than putting it together. We were quoted $8,000 for a real stone fireplace...this does the job and didn't break the bank, nice looking and easy to clean. We had no issues with any parts broken or bent ( again, take your time unpacking). It is aesthetically pleasing and good warmth. We are looking into some kind of cover to make sure it lasts a long time in our backyard. Enjoy!

This fireplace looks awesome and was well worth the price. I bought it primarily for its looks. It looks even better in person. The packaging was solid and it arrived without any damage. The box it comes in is very large and heavy. Therefore I had to use a hand truck to break it down in the driveway and use a dolly to transport the sections to the backyard. You will need two people to set up and unpack.

Junk!!! Came with multiple pieces bent and the "brick" already crumbling in places. I now have to see if I can get the replacement peices from the company. Also, in many of the pictures online it looks like it has more brown tones, it doesn't. Black and dark grey. The drawer doesn't fit because both the drawer and the part where the drawer goes are bent. I haven't even had a fire yet and I already feel it was a HUGE waste of money!!!!! RUN to Lowe's and get something better!!!!

Right now we are very pleased with the purchase. I am a bit concerned about some areas forming rust. Too hard to say right now. However, we notice in the inner FP section there are specks of rust already forming. I am hoping it is just on the surface and nothing a little bristle brush won't take care of it. It is absolutely beautiful though. It was very well packed and easy for my husband and I to place together.

We wanted to upgrade our patio fireplace but wanted to avoid having to build a permanent unit. This was a perfect choice. The packaging was daunting: 500+ pounds! Like moving a refrigerator down the hill to our walkout. But shipped in a metal cage that provided impeccable protection for the contents. Only about 7 pieces to stack and dovetail together seamlessly. Definitely a two person job! Completed in about 30 minutes. It's aesthetically pleasing, And practically designed with a pull-out tray to make for easy disposal of ashes. And the racks all along the base are both attractive and allow for ready reloading of sticks of wood to keep your fire blazing. Great buy. Highly recommended.

Love it! Easy to assemble. Looks fantastic. Some pieces were damaged in shipment, however Sunjoy Fedex'ed me replacement pieces ASAP. Nice!!

Nice look. Packaged well but still slight damage. Didn't worry about it since it was hidden after putting it all together. No draft system so wood burns very fast. Also pieces just fit together. Every time a strong wind comes the top blows off. Going to try to fasten permanently and build/add some type of damper.
