Good pillows, better customer service

Bought two of these pillows on the same day in the same order. It received them in different shipments. The red pillow is nice, firm, and plump whereas the iridescent pillow is flat and looks dingy. The sequins don't flip completely over and it's patchy in some places. For the price I should at least get some consistency.

Edit: Vendor contacted me to inquire about the pillows. After expressing my concerns, they over nighted me two new pillows! These two pillows were excellent and my girls loved them! Maybe the first set was a fluke.. but customer service was great!

This pillow is SO much fun. I was looking for a "fidget toy" for tv watching and thought this would fit the bill. I got the pink/good combo and it was worth every (reasonably priced) penny! The back side is very soft and could be used as a non-pokey nap pillow. But the fun side is SO much fun. We can't stop playing with it!

Even better, the customer service is outstanding. I received the standard "how do you like your purchase" email and replied that we all loved it, but that a couple of sequins seemed to get stuck frequently. It really isn't an issue since, for this price, I was not expecting perfection. They immediately responded that they were sending me a replacement and to keep my original. It really doesn't get any better than that.

Bought this for my daughter as a Christmas gift. When it arrived I played with it for 45 mins. This pillow is so cool!! My daughter is going to love it! I ordered a second as a gift for my friend's daughter as well!

Loved this pillow!! I recently got this pillow for a friend, and they LOVED it. The pink and gold pillow's photo doesn't even do it justice... the pink is a brighter, holographic color that looks super cute. The sequins are on one side of the pillow and the pillow thankfully comes with the pillow insert. The "sequin flip technology" works well aside from the occasional sequin that doesn't flip, and is as expected. (Prime) shipping came fast, and just in time for my friend's birthday. I personally know a lot of people who have bought pillows like this and they have all loved them! Highly recommend as decoration or a fun gift.

I got this pillow for my little sister who struggles with anxiety, and I'm happy to report that she ADORES it...she even drew a unicorn in it right away, and posted to her facebook saying how much she loves this pillow. She named it Pooka, and refuses to let anyone else touch it. She even wanted to bring it to school with her today so she could play with it when she felt anxious.

All in all: I am SO happy that she is SO HAPPY about this product, and so I proudly give it this excellent reveiw.^^

I bought this pillow as a Christmas gift for my daughter and she loves it. It is much nicer than the ones I have seen in stores. The sequins are smaller and have a very soft feel. They flip back and forth very easily and smoothly and the colors have a vivid contrast. The reverse side is soft for laying on.

The pillow is a really nice size and the fill is nice and puffy.

Every one that sees it is mesmerized by it.

It is a high quality pillow for the price I paid ($14.99).

My daughter has been asking for a sequin pillow for ages, so I finally gave in and bought this one for Christmas. First off, the little thank you card inside the package was sweet, and it's good to know my purchase is supporting a small company. The colors of the pillow are exactly as pictured, and it is ridiculously addicting to play with the pillow, trying to make different patterns. We've even had a few games of "let me guess what you drew" going back and forth. A few sequins fell off initially, but none since then. It is definitely a decorative pillow and not one for resting on or using as a traditional pillow, because even though the sequins are on just one side, I wouldn't want to turn it over to lay on the non-sequined side and risk the sequins getting smushed/bent around. It adds a fun decorative element to her room, and allows her to change up the pattern/color as the mood strikes.

Disappointed in double stitch sequins

I am so disappointed in this pillow. It seems to be missing sequins and there are double stiched sequins that do turn when you change colors. The first pillow did this so I ordered another one and it was fine. So I ordered 2 more and both of these have the same problem as the first one. I was using them as Easter gifts. Not sure so want to risk trying again hoping to get one more good pillow of just send them back.
