Normal sized lanyard. Only complaint I have (minus a star) is the color is a bit bright. Looks like radio active bacon. Other than that, love it.

Pretty cool lanyard. Got it for cruising, plenty of compliments so far. Looks pretty close to actual bacon and seems pretty durable.
