SOUNDBOKS is the world’s loudest portable speaker that can produce quality sound with no distortion. It’s an extremely intuitive speaker that can function just as perfectly for an event of 15 people as it can for an event of 100 people. The SOUNDBOKS has no external wires, complicated setup, and need for an external power source. The battery that powers the speaker can last up to 150 hours at a 104dB volume, and up to 50 hours at a 119dB max volume. It’s designed to be 30lbs so one person can easily carry it themselves. It’s made of Baltic birch plywood and is reinforced with a brushed aluminum frame. These materials allow the SOUNDBOKS to withstand shock from a 3-foot free fall and to be resistant to water and temperature.

Soundboks customer service is simply the best. I was on a huge time crunch and Amazon was taking their sweet time shipping my product. Amazon kept giving me the run around and giving me false information such as there was a problem with this item not being in stock. I reached out to soundboks customer service where Kerry responded to me. Kerry was awesome. He kept in touch until the product hit my door step and on time! The soundboks itself is awesome. Super loud with great quality. Lacks a little bass but I can work with that. We took it to the beach and everybody was wanting to know what it was and where they could get it. Can't wait to purchase the soundboks 2 and the proboks!

Balancing this speaker on my skateboard with a stack of burgers, a packed cooler, and the desire for summer to remember, I stammered through the park grass to make my way to the beach. My friends arrived with the playlist and the crowd, and with the combined energy of our fellow dreamers and the vibrating fury of this speaker, we turned the place into a summer wonderland. The type you'd see in a commercial for Malibu. I'm not trying to say that this is the best speaker I've ever purchased, I'm trying to say that this is my favorite purchase of all time. Honestly it's exactly what my heart desired.
The battery lasts far into the night and we seldomly even get the opportunity to relinquish the full power of volume level 11; yes, you read that correctly, their charming nod to Spinal Tap, "Up to Eleven" can quickly leave your comrades with a crowd so large you'll need a bigger beach. We've experienced this first hand; it involved a stern warning from the otherwise happy local local law enforcement and a glare from the generations beyond us, but we regard this experience in consensus as worthwhile. This thing is just so loud, but it's even more than that because not only can it push volume, it can push the mids and more importantly, the bass. It's a speaker you can feel. In the days since our shenanigans, it hasn't ceased to deliver. It can be a bit harsh in the living room (the speaker is designed for outdoors), but with a big enough room and enough people to absorb the energy, this speaker can turn a basement into a nightclub.
The bluetooth works well, but I prefer using the Aux. You can stand on it, spill on it, and provide the warmth of sound waves in almost any scenario. It handles the driving bass of house music without compromising the clarity of the sizzling high-hat cymbal. I say all of this in relation to the price because it outperforms any other portable system at its price range and it's way more durable. It sits between the power of a PA system and the simplicity of a portable bluetooth speaker and its price reflects that. For me, the price was completely justified as soon as I switched the knob to boost. I couldn't actually turn it past volume five before I had to go outside. It was startling and incredibly satisfying. Proceed with your purchase, and go ahead and get the newest version, it's the same and slightly improved. I think you'll like it.

SoundBoks portable sound system for softball field

We searched for a rugged, portable, battery-powered, weather resistant, loud speaker system purchased a SoundBoks. It can do 119db and easily projected sound for a softball field where it was used. The sound is fantastic and works great as advertised. Although it is possible to connect Bluetooth under conditions of engagement, wireless is not recommended for continuous play-by-play/announcements and music. Instead use a mixer wired to the audio-in jack to switch between mic and music. We purchased a Behringer XENYX 1002B 5-Channel Compact Mixer (battery powered with pre-amp) to accommodate a wired audio player (iPod or smartphone) for music and a wired microphone for announcements. And purchased these items:

A cable to connect from the portable audio player to the mixer.

A Shure vocal microphone with 15' XLR to 1/4 cable so it plugs into the mixer

The adapter cable to connect from the mixer to the Soundboks.

All together the SoundBoks and mixer provided a truly portable system that is not dependent on power.

Firstly, I'd like to let it be known, Kerry with Soundboks was/is sooooo awesome, actually awesome is truly an understatement. I've never in my life experienced a customer service rep so helpful, patient and passionate about a product that their company was selling. Now for the speaker itself, the speaker was delivered on-time and certainly lives up to its hype as the loudest portable speaker on EARTH. I took the soundbok to my sons speed & agility camp, which is held on a football field that is shared with 2 other run camps. The music was so loud and clear, that our kids and the kids from the other 2 camps, located in the middle and at the other end of the football field, were dancing. I've ordered the SB2 and cannot wait for it to arrive in a few days. If the SB2 is anything like or better than the SB1, I will be stoked.

Loud. Long charge. I use it as the entertainment unit on the pool deck. Wished it had WiFi capabilities, but the simplicity of the unit really is part of the charm of the speaker.

We are business owners & promote our business in parades around the county - we chose to purchase this portable outdoor Soundboks specifically for those occasions. We play music that the towns can dance to and have fun when we are rolling down the streets. All I can say is WOW. Sound is incredible in the house, and amazing outdoors. Just one example; we drive slowly from block to block in the parades and see people dancing to our music about a block away!!! We love this Soundboks it is light and easy to transport, easy to operate & connect to Bluetooth. We use it way more than we expected. We highly recommend. 5 Stars!

While I was looking for a good portable Bluetooth speaker after a lot of research and reading of reviews I came across this soundbok speaker and when I received it after charging the battery I put it to the test and it's everything it says it is.. super loud on the boost mode way louder then I expected. And as I play music from my phone on Bluetooth I am able to walk pretty far away from it till it cuts out.i highly recommend this speaker it is perfect
