I've had this for several mobths now and I can confidently say thia was a very worthy purchase. Aside from the level of output, which is extremely loud, it has a design reminiscent of the Straw Hat logo from the anime One Piece. All in all, when I push the button to let cars know I'm there they always hear me coming and make room. The value of that kind of safety when you ride a bike everywhere is difficult to put a price tag on. Get something like this instead of a standard bike horn if safety plus longevity of the product is a concern for you.
Oops, almost forgot to mention the eyes lighting up when you set this off. At night it makes you just that much more noticeable plus it looks kind of eerie and kind of cool all at once.

While the flashing eyes are super cool, The sound is what gets people's attentions. It is loud enough to get anyone to look your way (even drivers on the road), but the sounds are not so obnoxious as to draw disdain. I keep a little "ping" bell on the other handlebar for pedestrians and just to say "good morning" etc. The chord to the trigger could be a little longer, but it works.
Works so far, but wish it was smaller. Sound is sufficiently loud for riding in traffic

Sound is as loud as the other Chinese made cylindrical shaped models. The addition of red LED warning lights could be useful, not sure. Very easy to install, no tools reqd. You pick the sounds with the small button on back of unit. Wish it was smaller, but who cares. It's not super clunky, just not as sleek as the other models.

This electric horn is much louder than I had expected. The sounds remind me more of a high pitched alarm rather than a horn. I may be placing a thin layer of tape over the horn as to not scare too many joggers when I'm riding my bike past them.
Very easy to install onto the handle bars.

Haven't put it on my bike yet, but tested it out. They are absolutely not kidding when they say "Incredibly loud". This is exactly what I wanted. I'm not interested in cute. I want something that a distracted driver will hear if he starts to get to close, and they will certainly hear this!

This product is FOB from China and you know they don't care about the health of your ear drums. I haven't used it in traffic yet but it seemed loud AF when I used it inside. My only complaint is that the button to make the horn work is in a really awkward place.

IT WAS NOT LOUD ENOUGH. ON ONE SETTING. PEOPLE WOULD NOT GET OUT OF WAY OF BICYCLE BECAUSE THEY SAID IT SOUNDED LIKE CHIRPING BIRDS. OTHER SETTINGS WERE NOT IMPRESSIVE EITHER. REVERTED TO JUST BLOWING A POLICE WHISTLE.

Deafeningly loud. OMG. I was playing with this in the house and it's so high pitched.
