Flimsily made and cannot run continuously in the car because the water hold is so small. I had to put more water in every hour or so and it fell apart after about a week just sitting in my car.

This diffuses wonderfully, the battery lasts a long time, but it kept falling off of the apparatus used to attach it to a/c vent and the magnet also fell off within a few days of receiving it. I fixed is my supergluing it together which works fantastically for me.

After about half a dozen uses, it broke - went to refill it and part of the base snapped off and the spray mechanism inside fell out.

Item arrived in a pristine box of high quality. Only to contail a clear plastic tank that was scratched up. And the metal plate that was formerly glued to it with model info that I presume is what the magnet holder grips to was floating around in the box! If the glue wasn't good enough to hold it onto the back in a supportive cradle inside the box, how was it ever going to support this with water inside hanging off a vent?!? That crap glue they gave me in the 70s in elementary school wasn't even that lame! If these two things alone are indicative of the quality of the rest of it... run, don't walk, to return it to Amazon! Never even tried it, just boxed it up and handing it over to a store that does UPS tomorrow! For refund, no replacement desired. And this thing wasn't cheaply priced either. Very sad scenario. Shame on Amazon for allowing this item on their site!

I've only had this for about a month & it has already stopped working. It seems the water leaks out the usb port which caused that area & the charger to mineralize. I has read the reviews prior to purchasing & was looking forward to a great product.

I bought one, which lasted a day before breaking. Returned it, and bought another. It lasted a week.

Functionally, it's noisy and doesn't do a good job of diffusing essential oils, which is precisely the point. Directions are poor and confusing - likely because of translating them into English. I could overlook that, of course. But taken together with everything else it's one more strike against the product.

In short, it's not worth the one star I gave it

Update: It stopped working after 3 weeks =(. Not worth it after all that trouble!

It works pretty well. But I was disappointed that the instruction advises not to put essential oils in it. It said to use water based fragrance oils instead (no essential oils are water based). There's a bit of "lost in translation" going on in the advertising vs instructions. I purchased it solely to use it as a ionic car air freshener using my own collection of natural essential oils. So... I added in essential oils anyway. So far it has not broken down on me...yet. Another way to get around it is using alcohol to blend the oils in the water (the way perfumes are made), but not sure how well it will stay working with alcohol based liquids.

Also, the negative ions from those little pebbles has an expiration date of a few months. I actually thought the device itself was an ionic purifier device that created negative ions -- not using little pebbles. Oh well, I am going to add in my own tourmaline in replace of those pebbles. Those don't have expirations dates =).

Advice: take the advertising with a grain of salt. Takes a bit of hacking to use it as per the advertisement. Also, the little metal part came broken. Had to glue it back on myself. So with a bit of work on my end, this thing works the way I wanted to. Hope it stays working

I loved it at first, but after refilling it the third time, the bottom part of the tank where it screws on to the base snapped off. I did not apply force, just simply screwing it in place. I also noticed a small crack started to form around the spray port. =(

Constantly falls off

It is constantly falling off of the magnet whenever I make a turn or sudden stop. Very disappointed.
