The look of the pen is cool, but because of several design details, not helpful for my arthritic hands. Requires gripping (stresses thumb joint), made of hard plastic that has no give, requires considerable pen to paper pressure (would probably be easier w/gel rollerball), sharp point of cap pokes hand if it is placed on other end while in use (and don't be fooled by picture - does not work as a stylus on your phone). It is too uncomfortable to use but cannot be returned, so a $15 loss.

Try the PenAgain - design is brilliant, makes writing possible for me again.

My CVA patient was not able to write with it. Might be just fine for other problems but not sufficient control of thumb and index finger to be effective.
