Decent for price but not premium quality

Bottom line: this is a cheap spinner that's slightly more expensive and slightly better than other cheap spinners. My issue is that they advertise as 'premium', without any premium qualities. The cheap plastic is light and doesn't hold momentum, it wobbles, the bearing is noisy, the outer bearings are unsightly and noisy, the bearing is press fit, and the caps aren't threaded. Fine for kids but if you have a shred of taste, save your money for an actual premium spinner

This spinner is one step above the ones you get at the gas station but it's still just a cheap plastic spinner. I like that it uses a r188 bearing that's easy to remove, which is nice because the included bearing was loud. The spin was good but the balance was pretty awful, mostly due to the outer bearings shifting around and making it wobble. The outer bearings also shipped to me with light rusting. The soft plastic buttons are press fit and kinda flimsy. I have to always smash them into the bearing because of the balance issues, but then sometimes they make contact with the spinner body and I have to mess around with them to get it to stop touching but also keep it tight.

Was really thrilled when this was delivered. Product came on time. Product looks like it may be refurbished or used. The outside spinner things look to have nicks in them. The spin is wobbly and noisy.It does spin for a decent amount of time despite those issues but the noise is too much to use in an office environment. I'll be looking for another one to purchase. Hopefully it won't have the same issues.

The spinner itself does NOT GLOW. The product pictures are misleading. I'm guessing they put the glow in the dark band around it and spun it in the dark to get that effect.
**UPDATE**

The company contacted me in regards to my review and sent me a new spinner free of charge. The spinner came and it was exactly as expected. It spins forever, very little noise and looks much newer than the other one. Changing my rating from 3 stars to 5.

The company and product has met my expectations. Thanks Chillax!

Product arrived lopsided and rusted

The quality is terrible!! Wobbling right out of box. Timed the spin 3 times, average around 1'42". It makes a really bad scratchy sound when you spin. It's lopsided and the metal is rusted!! Almost impossible to balance on finger. I would never recommend anyone buy this product...

Update June 1: Chillax reached out an immediately offered to refund or send a new one that's not defective or rusted. I accepted their offer to send new one. So changing from 1 star to 2 stars, for now. Waiting to review new unit.

Update June 2: Received replacement unit. Spins on average around 4'00". No rust. Changing from 2 stars to 3 stars. -1 star for product not looking like the photo displayed. Another -1 star for just average construction and feel. But, I commend them for having an excellent and speedy customer service.

I purchased this as a gift for my hubby and he is very happy with it. However, we had a little trouble at first. After just a few minutes of playing the bearing covers popped off during play. My husband reapplied them but it continued to happen. I reached out to the Chillax customer service and explained the situation. I was emailed back almost immediately by a very kind representative at Chillax named Anna. Anna was super nice and very helpful. She said that we must have received a faulty spinner and that they would send a replacement right away. We received the new spinner soon after and it has worked perfectly! My hubby said the spinner feels high quality and looks sharp! Thank you Anna and Chillax for caring about our satisfaction with the spinner and for excellent customer service! The spinner is great and my husband would highly recommend it to anyone looking to purchase one.

This is not your cheap gas station fidget spinner!! This spinner is quiet while it's spinning so it doesn't irritate me as my son plays with this Chillax Fidget Spinner. The spinner has a nice amount of mass to help it spin for a long time and to do tricks with. Even when being dropped on hard flooring this spinner has not fallen apart. As a bonus the Chillax branded gel bracelet glows in the dark! Hours of fun had with this spinner!

This is the FIRST spinner I ever purchased. After watching a couple reviews on Youtube I was convinced this was a safe bet. I was right!! What a great spinner! It's VERY light but still manages to give great spin times!! I get 4+ minute spins. It tough as nails (I have dropped it several times) and the folks at Chillax really seem to care about their customers. I also like the included glow in the dark bracelet!! Since it's so light I would recommend this spinner for young and old! Buy it and have some fun!! :)

I received my spinner 2 days ago, even did the express shipping (5/21), it looked great, has a nice weight to it. Only down side I've had, is the longest it'll spin about 30-45 seconds. Kinda disappointed since it was my first spinner and kinda voided the research I did before purchasing. Not going to return it, because that's a whole other headache, But it's good enough that I know I enjoy using a spinner.

5/25 I received an email from Anna at ChillaX and she apologized for the inconvenience and offered to send a replacement. This company has excellent customer service, so I bumped up to 4 star. I will post another updated review when I receive the replacement.

Good long quiet spin; glow ring makes it special.

My great nephew absolutely LOVES this. And the glow in the dark ring makes it better than any other. He's 4, and at first he couldn't hold it in his hand with the glow ring on because it would hit the skin between his index finger and thumb. But with perseverence he figured it out. Without the ring he can put it on the counter and spin it and it goes for a very long time, with no noise. He has another brand which he stacks with it but it way outlasts the other with the same starting time.

As some of the reviews indicate, there are some spinners that make it out that aren't perfect. I received one such spinner. I contacted Chillax via e-mail and within 15 minutes I received an apology for the defective product and notification that a replacement was headed my way. The new spinner is excellent and consistently spins for 4 minutes plus! Don't be shy about purchasing from this company!!

Device came as described. Son loves the thing. I love the thing. Feels heavy duty in hand. Son has dropped it many times, once on hard tile. I thought it was broke when I saw pieces fly. Just one of the ball bearings falling out. Easy to pop back in place. Still spins like a champ! Would purchase again, may want one for myself!

Prologue: Having this spinner for a while and purchasing several "batman" knockoff spinners since (that are no longer for sale on Amazon), Chillax definitely has the better product! Don't settle for the cheaper ones! Those knockoff spinners have poorly-made bearings installed in them. One spins 1-10 seconds before grinding to a halt. You can feel just how poorly the balls are made as it spins. Chillax is smooth and can easily spin for a full minute.
