I would give 4.5 stars if possible, I received my lockbook and used for a week and had a malfunction and would not open. Provided feed back via email through AMAZON and manufacture provide instant replies and within 2 days figured out malfunction and sent me a new LOCKBOOK no charge no questions. I work in technology everyday and I know things happen, but when it happens does the manufacture provide good support? This company gets 5+ Stars from me for their support.

I sure appreciate someone who stands behind their product.

I got this notebook in February. I absolutely loved it. It has worked flawlessly up until last week. The fingerprint reader takes 10-12 attempts before it reads a fingerprint now. It takes minutes to get my notebook open for meetings. I would have given this a five star rating two weeks ago, but now can't even figure out how to contact the seller.

The notebook opens to every ones fingerprint. we have re set it many times and it is still happening. We bought this for a child who desperately needs to have some privacy and it is not working!
