Best Injector Razor Ever Made
by Amazon Customer (5 out of 5 stars)
August 8, 2016

I am a traditional wetshaving enthusiast. I have tried around 50 modern and vintage razors. Over the past year I have found that injector razors and injector blades provide a different experience than DE razors. Injector blades are stiffer and more like a straight razor. I also discovered that modern Chinese made Schick injector blades have a longer lifespan than most DE blades. Sadly, unlike DE razors, there were no solid stainless steel options until now. I received my Single Edge today and was impressed by the solid build quality. It is definitely a dramatic step up in quality from the vintage plastic handled Schicks I have used. But what about the shave? Well, I can safely say that it is one of the better shavers I have used. I had heard some reports of people get rough shaves (most likely due to blunted blades or user error). My experience was a smooth and exceptionally close shave with near no irritation when I ran my alum block across my face. This is without a doubt the most comfortable and beautifully constructed injector razor I have ever had the pleasure of using! Highly recommended!

From Double Edge to Single
by Joe (5 out of 5 stars)
February 27, 2017

I had my first shave with this razor a couple days ago - I used the mild plate, as the Supply razor is solid and significantly heaver that my DE, so that seemed to be the more prudent choice for a first go. Well, I wasn't particularly impressed - it was very mild and there was zero feedback, probably due to the weight of the razor and the thickness of the single-edge blades, which are at least twice as thick as a double edge blade. The shave wasn't that close, and I ended up with a bit of irritation on my neck. I decided to wait a few days and try again with the medium (classic) plate and see if there was any difference.

I used it this morning with the medium (classic) plate, and what a fantastic shave - closer than I'm used to, and with virtually no irritation. I think the problem I had with the first shave was not being used to the weight and blade angle, and going over areas repeatedly. The only issue I had on the second shave was getting the narrow area directly under my nose easily, but I'm sure I'll be able to figure it out. Congratulations on a great product that actually lives up to your advertising, and the same to whomever is making your blades (Personna?) - great job!

This is an excellent alternative to expensive Gillette razors. Just requires some learning curve and
by Jeffrey D Litman (5 out of 5 stars)

I got tired spending $4+ on Gillette fusion blades a few years ago and started using DE "Double Edged", razors at $0.40 a blade. I just received the Supply Razor today and tried it out. One of the reviews I read before buying said he first tried the mild head and didn't get a good shave. Then he tried the medium head and got and excellent shave so I tried the medium head. I was very impressed with the first shave. The handle feels very solid and easy to control. I got a very close and comfortable shave. If you are coming from a Gillette fusion razor to this razor you might not like it at first because there will be a learning curve. You will need to use the same shaving skills techniques that DE razors require. If you are coming from a double edged razor to this razor and have mastered the skills of a DE razor you will love it. I've tried different DE razors and the best one by far that I have used is the Feather All Stainless Steel Double-Edge Razor, Model AS-D2. This is the most forgiving DE razor I have used by far and gave it a 5 star rating. The supply injector razor for ease of use and being forgiving is in between a Gillette Fusion and the Feather DE razor. I had considered trying the One Blade Genesis but that used proprietary blades and the razor was a lot more expensive so I tried the Supply razor with its non-proprietary injector blades. The replacement blades for the Supply Razor are $0.60 per blade. That's a little more expensive than DE Razor blades, but much less expensive than fusion blades, and more forgiving and easier to use then a DE razor.

A shave so smooth that it is disorienting
by Michael A. Butler (5 out of 5 stars)

Let me begin with a note on customer service. After loading my razor for the first time, the blade seemed slightly out of kilt. I took a photo of the razor's head with blade, and sent it to the merchant/inventor. He responded quickly that the problem was cosmetic and wouldn't impact the shave -- it didn't -- but nonetheless sent me a new razor head at no cost. It arrived within two days. Customer service like that makes me a client for life!

Now to the razor. I have wet-shaved for more than four decades, and have used many of the ripoff multiblade systems. I'd settled in recent years for a Schick injector purchased off e-bay and a Mercur 34-C with Astra double-edged blades. Those shaves were quite good, but nothing like the Supply Single Edge Injector. The shaves are so good that they are disorienting: that is, I consistently find myself running my hand over bare portions of my face to convince myself that I've actually shaved them! You don't feel the slight tug that even the best of the double-edges give you. It's like passing an empty razor (or one of the toy razors you used to use to "shave" next to Dad) over your face. It's that smooth, and it's that effective at removing whiskers. Five starts for the product, five stars for the inventor's ingenuity, and five more for his attention to a happy customer.

Excellent razor
by Michael W. (5 out of 5 stars)
August 25, 2018

This razor provides close shaves with ease. It's performance is enhanced by using the Schick Proline 20B injector blades. With these blades, I can shave against the grain producing minimal irritation. I am cursed with a tough beard and sensitive skin. After using a Fusion for many years, I became impatient with the amount of irritation--an electric was even worse. The Supply razor provides excellent auditory feedback and blade feel. The Proline blades come without an injector key, so to load, it is necessary to disassemble the razor. This is only a 30 second task, and I think the extra blade quality is worth the trouble. Fit and finish of the razor is excellent.

A very nice razor that works very well.

A very nice razor that works very well. The first shave with this razor I got a small nick on my chin, but it has been smooth sailing since then.

With version 1 being this good, I can't wait to get the two black(one mat, one jet) version 2 razors that I pre-ordered on INDIEGOGO.

This was one of the last version 1 razors available on AMAZON(the SUPPLY web site has been sold out for some time).

A great day begins with a great shave. Have a great shave.

p.s. I would like to see you make a set of open comb base-plates for these razors.

Five Star Customer Service
by JohnKy (5 out of 5 stars)
April 5, 2017

My first impression of this razor was the excellent quality. Everything about it was well made and all the parts (razor handle, screw, and head setting) fit perfectly. It should be noted that in order to install the blade correctly, you need to loosen the head. This prevents the blade from cutting into the razor head thus trashing the new blade.

I did have some issues with irritation in my first few uses. The owner reached out to me and offered everything form a personal Skype tutor session to other razor heads.

If you are concerned about the price of this razor don't be. The owner has your back.

Ideal for sensitive skin using the sensitive setting.
by Aaron Bussey (5 out of 5 stars)

Awesome razor. I wish I would have found this sooner and could have saved so much money on other crap that didn't work. The custom settings are essential for this razor. With the sensitive setting, I have not had one bit of razor burn, irritation or in-grown hairs. I cannot recommend this razor enough.

Currently the best shave next to a straight razor.
by John (5 out of 5 stars)
December 26, 2017

Good shave on the standard level. I believe it to be better than oneblade core as I have purchased both. Aggressive setting will cut you if you put any pressure. If you use the address of setting use a warm towel first and lather well. Take your time and do not use pressure. Currently the best shave next to a straight razor.

My favorite razor
by Eric Adler (5 out of 5 stars)
May 14, 2017

I usually shave with a vintage 1920's Gillette old-type ball-end open-comb razor that gives an "aggressive" shave, especially with Feather blades. However, the Supply single-edge injector razor, with the three-dot "aggressive" insert, gives me a smoother and closer shave.

World's Most Advanced Shaving System!

May 7, 2017

The only negative thing that could be said about this product is it's outlandish price. That's it. This is the LAST shaver I will ever own. I LOVE it. I can't recommend it any higher. If you can swing it... Buy one.
