My wife received this as an Xmas gift from myself, and she smiles every time she pulls it out from its home in the cabinet. That alone makes it worth five stars in my book, but it's also sized nicely (just slightly smaller than a "standard' colander,) is made of very strong plastic, and has extremely expressive eyes which make for great handles. What's not to like?

This product is cute and inexpensive, but I would never use it to drain pasta. The tripod feet are set too close together and it tips over with the slightest nudge, so you're courting disaster if it's filled with hot pasta. Might make a nice Halloween candy bowl.

My mom bought this colander for me as a Christmas gift because we couldn't stop laughing at it and I still laugh whenever I see it; so, just for this I like it.

Function: The feet do not work in my sink; it tips. The eyes are not the greatest handles, but work ok. Especially nice to keep my hands away from the hot water when I am steadying it in the sink. The colander bowl is great, but the holes are still too big for Orzo pasta- which I was hoping it would work for.

I wash it in my dishwasher and need to be careful how I put it in so the eyes do not fall through the holes of the dishwasher.

It's cute and I'm sure it works fine ( I can't speak to functionality etc..). but no box?!? I bought this for a white elephant gift exchange and it showed up just free wheelin'... no manufactures box, no plastic wrapping and looking sad and cheap not at all like I spent $20 on it! :( it looks like I took something from my kitchen for the exchange. Not a good look.

Spaghetti monster!

My husband made fun of me of getting this. One day I was draining some veggies with this little guy and went to the other room for a moment. Two minutes later I hear my husband cackling from the kitchen. I walked him to find him doubled over, laughing to tears, pointing at the sink where this little guys eyes were poking out. Now my husband says it's the best purchase I ever made! Work great!

This colander looks to be quite well made, and from good materials. It strains pasta well, and makes me smile every time I pull it out to use. I love this stupid thing. :D
