Waste of money and terrible support

Terrible. Do not buy. Difficult to operate. Instruction manual is poor and non helpful. Once I figured it out days later. Now it's inconsistent. Sonesta days it works other times it doesn't. Too bad because Iikr the thinnest of it.

MUCH HEAVIER/BIGGER THAN IT LOOKS

Just received mine. I am hardly able to lift it, the wheels are ineffective, and it's much, much bigger and bulkier than it looks in pictures. :( What's more, it apparently doesn't work on carpet, and my entire apartment is carpeted. I am so upset that I wasted my whole paycheck on this.

If I could write ten thousand reviews I would. I bought this to stay in shape during a difficult time. I bought this in August and it has worked less than five times. The speed is never accurate, it does NOT go up to 5mph despite what they say, it only goes to 4pm. It is no quiet, it is loud. It barely fits under anything - not my bed or couch. I have called four times to troubleshoot, the worst customer service. I truly wish I never purchased.

We are extremely disappointed. It's a pain to get started because you have to step on the back of the platform, take two steps up, and then get it going. Sometimes it works fine, other times not. It shouldn't be this touchy. A simple on/off switch would resolve this.

Not worth the aggravation

first, it doesn't get up to the promised speed when it actually starts. second, it doesn't always start. third, it overheats and stops after a relatively short period of time. Would definitely not buy this again..
