I received this item in a filmsy bubble wrap envelope, with no notation that it was fragile on the envelope. When I opened the envelope the box was crushed and the wand was broken in three places. I can't give this to my best HArry Potter fan, it's now just three sticks of chocolate and doesn't resemble a wand at all.

Definitely would not purchase this again. Arrived in this condition, box partially opened, wand shattered and chocolate appears old (very light colored and dried out). No returns available on this, I'll check the return policy from now on all future purchases.

The idea of this is very neat. I was super excited as I got 2 of these for Christmas. BOTH came completely broken. In crumbs. And the chocolate had turned white by the time they were opened. Looked like it hadn't been stored properly. Very disappointed. Would definitely recommend if the seller took the advice and shipped these more carefully with better precautions.

Product was very nice. I got two of them ask gifts and the people who recieved them really loved it. Only problem is they were shipped in a huge box with no air bags or paper as a cushion. Both wands were broken upon getting here from what i assume was movement within the box during shipping. Didn't matter too much since they were gonna be eaten anyway. Other than that it was a great item.
