Product photos are inaccurate; display has bezel on all sides and is not edge-to-edge.

Plus:
- Easy to set up
- Mounting instead of feet is super nice
- Cable management is good

Minus:
- This monitor is using a VA panel, colors are not as good as on a IPS panel
- Product photos make it look like there's no bezel on left/top/right side of the display. This is not true. The bezel is thick on all sides.

Horrible Customer Service Provided Unusable
by Monica Chao (1 out of 5 stars)
April 4, 2019

Fundamentally, I was really excited about using this product due to its design. Unfortunately once I began assembling the package I quickly realized that the screws required to connect the screen to its stand were missing. Rather than returning the monitor due to the missing screws, I reached out to Amazon and Samsung support, hoping that the 40 cents worth of screws could be mailed. However Samsung support stated, after sending me to multiple departments, informed me that I would have to first send in a proof of purchase, then wait up to 3 weeks for delivery of the screws. I stated this was unacceptable since it would make this product unusable during this period. Fundamentally, they wasted too much of my time without a reasonable resolution. I will never buy a Samsung product again after experiencing such horrible customer service.

The form factor is what makes this good
by Wiryan Tirtarahardja (5 out of 5 stars)

The 32in 4k screen is pretty good. In terms of colour accuracy I feel the Dell U2717D which I upgraded from is a little better, and obviously for gaming there are screens out there that better serves your need for potentially less.

However, its still a really good OLED panel from Samsung.

The form factor is what makes this good. Being able to drag the monitor closer to you while still having the space under neath it is what makes this good. Makes it look like a bezel-less floating screen on your desk.

Other good things thats not immediately apparent:
-the bottom jaw for the clamp can be removed for easier installation and if you need to attach it to a THICK table.
-from the way it can bend forward accessing the rear of the screen is also much easier than other monitors.

Things I dislike (lots of nitpicking)
-the UI/controls are kind of annoying and limited. The DELL I had is better at this and the colour options are better too.
-limited I/O. I mean HDMI and ONLY mini-DP? Feels more useful if they had 2x HDMI instead.
-no USB-C thunderbolt. yes this gets very nitpicky, but its 2019.

Amazing Monitor - Missing some newer tech though
by B. Harrell (5 out of 5 stars)

I love this monitor, nice and big, great image, perfect for desks with not a lot of real estate. My only wish would be it supported USB-C also. It needs USB-C Samsung. Truly it does.

I bought this to go with my last 2018 MacBook Pro, it is all USB-C. And the USB-C tech is awesome with daisy chaining and such. This monitor should just drop right into a chain.

But don't let that keep you from buying it. Just buy a dock or adapter also to get to the HDMI or DisplayPort. On that note, the PIP is NOT what I expected as well. I had hoped I would be able to use the PIP from my computer to do a sort of split-screen effect from the one source, again USB-C dreams here, but the PIP only works between the two inputs of HDMI and DisplayPort. Not a deal breaker but would have been nice.

Overall - buy the monitor, be happy. We shall dream of USB-C days in the future when device manufacturers figure out how to really give the customers what they want LOL

Awesome 32" monitor
by A Concerned Buyer (4 out of 5 stars)
May 7, 2019

My first impressions of this monitor when I unpacked it was a big "wow". The monitor is so slim and the cable management is really nice. In the past I was working with a 27" 1080P and a vertically mounted 24" monitor to get sufficient screen real estate to get my work done. With a single 32" 4K monitor, lifted off my desk - both the room on my desk and the space on the monitor has really changed the way I work. See my before and after photos attached. The only reason I pulled a star is that, it would have been great for a state of the art monitor to include USB-C as a standard video input (with USB ports available on the monitor, to really keep my desk clean and neat. )

Great Space Saving for sure
by Ray (4 out of 5 stars)
June 6, 2019

Recently I have acquired the New Samsung 27" SR75 monitor, and I must say, It was a great investment on my behalf, Not only is the Monitor relatively affordable, but the build quality possess a slick and distinguished design. Having the Ability to set up a 27" Monitor and not compromise any Desk space is a huge Benefit; especially for the average student, Employee, Home user, etc. The set up is very simple and straightforward, Adjusting the monitor settings is easy and simple to navigate through using the power toggle button; and If the monitor isn't needed, you can simply prop the screen at its highest point or bring the screen closer to the user for a more engaging experience. The quality of the 1440p display is a lot better than I had anticipated it to be when looking at the monitor from various angles the screen doesn't diminish like most LED monitors. The factory settings right out of the box are impressive, and do not require any adjusting really, with the exception of turning on the "Eye Saver Mode". Also, the picture quality doesn't lessen when the "Eye Saver Mode" is turned on, the refresh rate on the monitor could be a little better, however, this monitor is well suited for the office environment rather than for gaming use. The Stability of the Monitor could be a little less wobbly, I'm not much of an OCD Freak, however; I do have a cat that lays under the monitor and on occasion bumps into the SR75 making the screen wobble, not a big issue, but could use a little improvement. Another Benefit with this Monitor is the Cable Management, the little channel that is located on the back of the Monitor allows for the Y-cable to elegantly run down the spin of the monitor stand. The Y-cable design is an ingenious mechanism on Samsung's behalf, No one likes having excess cabling to clean up or zip tip together. Samsung took all the ache out of the cleanup portion and made the best Monitor option for Work, Play and space saving.

The monitor lives up to its name
by Amazon Customer (5 out of 5 stars)

The reason I bought this monitor and paid top dollars to ship to Australia + tax is for the look and the space saving feature. As you can see from the image, it does not disappoint.

The setup is very simple and worked fine on a desk with angled edge. The image quality is very nice, but viewing angle isn't as good as other 4k monitor with IPS panel as expected.

If you're planning to connect the monitor to a Macbook Pro, ditch the HDMI and buy a USB-C to mini display port cable instead. You'll thank me later :)

Pro

The look

Slim design and easy setup

Good image quality
4k

Con

No thunderbolt and very limited port choice

Can't adjust height without having the push the monitor forward

Samsung has done a great job on the aesthetics of their product. Hope they'd make this a higher end monitor with better specs for the professionals in the future

Beware Dead Pixels (2 separate models) - Avoid This Monitor
by Kevin J Nguyen (1 out of 5 stars)
August 19, 2019

The Space monitor's real selling point is the arm mount on the monitor. The monitor is not thin on the bezels (check the other reviews), does not have a very aesthetic appearance, and is mediocre as a display. The colors on the screen are not extremely color accurate and the refresh rate is good for a gaming monitor. However, I gave up on this monitor after receiving two defective models. Both screens had 5-10 dead pixels in one area. Normally after use, I'd be okay with the dead pixels however a brand new monitor should not have these issues. The quality control on this monitor is simply lacking.

The monitor should be avoided unless you absolutely must have the arm.

Save lot of space monitor
by Lisa (5 out of 5 stars)
June 15, 2019

This space monitor is not like the monitor I had before. Like its name, it save a lot of my desk space. The monitor straight up and mimics the feeling of mount my monitor up on the wall. But, I need it, I can adjust it to close my eye. There are two hinges in the arm and clamp, the monitor can rest at numerous positions. I can pull the display out from the wall, like traditional monitor stand. This monitor come with a special cable which combine HDMI and power cord together, it make the monitor looks cordless. But, I am using mini-display port cable. I can't take this advantage. But, it is not a big problem. The power adapter is much smaller than my older monitor. (But, I have another has build-in power adapter) If it has build in power adapter will be better. This monitor is 4K monitor, but, only has one mini-display port and one HDMI port, no USB Type-C or other interface. It is fine for me since I am still using older MacBook. With mew MacBook Pro, you will need an adapter. The picture quality is good for office usage. It also support PIP feature, you can connect two PC on it. I am waiting for 49" inch or bigger screen 2nd generation come out. If it can support more input interfaces, I will purchase it. Then, I can use one monitor with my two laptop with PIP feature. That save a lot of my desk space. Waiting for it.

Space monitor that clear my desk mess
by EverydayAllday (5 out of 5 stars)
June 18, 2019

I love my new monitor mostly because its stand which reduces clutter on my desk. By using using a clamp that attaches to the rear of my desk the monitor barley use any desk space and it's very flexible as I can get between -5 and 20 degrees of tilt and 184.7mm of height adjustment. I expected the screen colors and sharpness to be just like any other Samsung high end monitor and I got what I paid for. The colors are vibrant and the pictures are crispy clear. The last reason why I like my new monitor and will recommend others who look to buy 32 inch monitor - to buy this one is the three-sided bezel-less frame that minimises the monitor's silhouette. It's just a beauty! I received this product at a discount in exchange for my honest opinion
