LOVE IT LOVE IT!!

Answering my own question posted before I purchased my USB "spaceship made out of garbage" : YES. Yes it is sufficient to light my laptop's keyboard! And so Schwifty cool to have!

Great detail but does not have a switch

Cosmetically I would rate 5/5

No power switch so the light powers on as soon you plug it in. The light stayed on after I would shut off PC so you have to go in system settings and make it so the USB port doesn't maintain power when you shutdown.
