Not worth the hype, feeling let down!

For the first of what might be a new line I'm not very impressed. I don't see how it's supposedly able to shoot 125' when it isn't able enough to be dead accurate at less than 25' with no wind. If your plan is to shoot at a distance with no idea of where your shot is gonna end up this is for you. Might as well call it the new Nerf Scud Missile gun, because that's the accuracy it has!

Poor idea - Poorly Executed

Pros:
:(

Cons:
1) Proprietary ammo that only works with this blaster and none others.
2) Said ammo is incredibly expensive at 50 cents a piece.
3) Said ammo is only slightly better than nerf branded elite darts which are widely known as industry worst. Most expensive and worst performance.
4) Blaster brings nothing new or innovative that isn't already made or made better. Ergonomics are poor. Trigger pull is heavy. Darts are not consistently fired. A lot of mechanical flop.
5) Heavy and expensive C batteries required.
6) This line won't last because nobody will buy it. You will have a one off blaster that In a short time will be obsolete and no replacement ammo.

Not backwards compatible with older darts and no 3rd party darts available

Be very clear this is not backwards compatible with other darts. This is not practical for a Nerf battle. In a small battle I fire by myself around 400-500 darts and lose around 20 darts either from breaking or losing them in battle. These Nerf ultra darts cost .50 cents a dart. So for me to fire off 500 darts will cost 250.00. That's too much that also means I may lose around 10.00 in darts. Nope nope nope. This blaster is a terrible idea please don't buy it.
