Perfect for Disney!

I purchased two of these for a trip to Disney World last week. It was late July so I knew it would be extremely hot and, given that I already had enough things to carry around, did not want to add to my load by carrying one of the large plastic spray bottles with a fan. These little guys were the perfect answer. They are compact, easy to hook onto a belt loop, and remarkably effective. To be fair, the cooling power is a bit less than the larger versions but the convenience and diminutive size made up for the slightly poorer performance (my niece had one of the larger ones so I compared them). My husband loved his too. He complained at first and said we didn't need these but stopped protesting once we were standing in that hot Florida sun! This was a very good purchase. I highly recommend.

Not a delicate mist

I ordered three misting fans for each of my kids to take to Disney. I received two blue and one aqua. These fans use a AA battery (not included) for the fan to work. The water reservoir holds 1 1/2 oz of water. The fan works fine and will run consistently with a slide switch. If you want water, you have to squeeze a lever on the side each time you want a "mist." I would not call this a mist, it is more like taking a regular spray bottle and squirting yourself. The water comes out and it is really hit or miss if you will get a direct shot or if it will bounce off the foam fan blade. I will attach a picture so you can see where the water nozzle is in relation to the fan blade. The lever to squeeze for water is awkward and sometimes my hand bumped the foam blade when I tried to get a spritz. Overall, it will get the job done on a hot day, but it is really a spray bottle with a fan blade attached. If you are looking for a delicate mist, this item is not for you. I will also attach a photo of the size, as it is about equivalent to a DVD. The carabiner that comes with it is a weak plastic that I suspect will break on the first day. I will likely replace it with a small aluminum one prior to our trip, as I plan to clip them to our backpack.

These are great! I ordered them just before going to an outdoor sporting event that was going to be on the hottest day of the summer. I ordered two for my friend and I and we both agreed we would not have made it through the day without them! The fan breeze is stronger than we would have expected for something that size and the battery life was very good. The spray is fine and cooling. If they held a little more water it might be nice, but for its compact size and reasonable price, I am really not complaining.

As another reviewer posted, you only get ONE fan, not three. The actual fan is very small, each blade only about 1 inch long/wide. The spray part is manual--you have to pump the water through one spray at a time, and it takes a good amount of hand strength. I bought this for my kids, so after about 10 sprays their hands are already tired, and it is also hard for them to grasp because it is so wide. Also, where you have to squeeze is so close to the fan, half the time you end up hitting the fan with your hand which makes it stop, so instead of getting a mist you just end up squirting yourself in the face.

This fan is perfect for the summertime! I bought this when my son was a few months old because we would always be outside during the hot summer days and I needed something to help cool him off. The fan is small and compact so it is easy to just clip on to a diaper bag and carry it everywhere. It even blows pretty strong for its size. My son is almost two and still uses it. It is battery operated and the batteries last for a very long time.

This little fan was perfect for our recent trip to Disney World. I bought two for each of my kids, and they were small enough to fit in my bag. Since they were on the small size, they weren't too heavy either. My older son clipped it on his Disney lanyard one of the days we were there. We just refilled them at the water fountains when they were empty. We received a blue one and a green one.

Note that the image shows 3 fans however your purchase will only ship 1 fan so you may need to make multiple purchases of this order if you need more than one. The fan is easy to fill with water and is lightweight, however one of the fans i purchased was defected. Everytime i would turn the fan on, the top foam part with the actual fan would fly off, causing me to have to hunt on the floor for the top.

As I said this little fan puts out a ton of air for its size. The water feature is ok, it's not always a great mist but it gets the job done.

So if your looking for a personal missing fan for a cheap price and do not mind an uneven mist at times then this is for you.

Only wish we could pick the color. Lol I did end up with bright pink and I hate pink.

This was amazing for a weekend long concert I went to. Hooked it to my belt loop and stayed cool(ish) at the concert. Everyone around me was jealous and asking me to fan/spray them.

We bought these to use at Disney World and they worked great. They were light, even when full of water and one battery was enough to last us 3 days in Disney. I bought one for each of my family members and these were a little pricey, but in the end they were well worth the money!
