Flimsy, but worked okay

Very flimsy. It's two half-pipes on a hinge so that the rolled-up "BANG" flag falls down when a little lever moves out of the way of the half-pipe. (Not an actual trigger). Sometimes the flag unrolls quickly and smoothly, sometimes you have to give the gun a little shake to make it unroll.

We used it as a prop in a show, though I had to take out the flag and reglue it the other way due to our blocking (i.e. so that the "BANG" wouldn't be backwards/mirror image).
