Demo needs to show a completed pricing for all shownby Amazon Customer (1 out of 5 stars)

Very disappointed with no side barriers and Mat. Very deceiving. Advertised complete product with price attached and all I get is the net. Many others out there for a third of the price. Granted it could be the best in the Market, however don't demo it all together and then expect it'll be ok to spend 100s more for what I thought I already had. Not good!!!!
Will wear eventually

The net does return the ball nicely but if you use the net as i do, you will eventually have issues with holes. I use my net daily and it is already wearing. The first time this happened i called the manufacturer and they sent me another one instantly. Now Im having the same issues and they cant believe it. It felt like they thought i was lying about it. I was asked questions about squirrels and rats maybe possibly sabotaging it....lol Really? All i do is beat golf balls into it for a couple hours a day. I was also asked things like, "what kind of ball am i using." I use premium golf balls, the same i use on the golf course. If this thing is legit, it shouldn't matter if i hit rocks into it. This product is great for someone that occasionally hits balls, but not for someone that really works on there game as i do. Eventually, the net will wear holes. The sad thing is i don't even hit woods or my driver into it. Irons only. Thats a lot of money for a net net that has lasted less than five months. I have to send them the net for inspection. That will determine if i get another one. Either way, i'll post another review.
Shortly after posting this review, I received a phone call personally from the owner of The Net Return. He was irate about the way I was treated and reminded me customers are dearly valued. Then, he overnighted me another net. It's not every day you hear from any CEO with regards to customer service. They usually have someone else call to rectify situations similar to mine. That alone is reason enough to business with this company. Not to mention they build the nets right here in the USA. As for my golf game, this idea is awesome using one ball that comes back to you. It is definitely stronger than the typical nets you buy anywhere. In addition to that, my ball striking has improved tremendously.
Decent

Decent product, works as advertised. That said wildly overpriced for what it is. What really gets me is that at a $600 price point there's no mat included. Should be complete out of the box for that amount IMO.
great for working on your mechanics

Ha ha ha this thing is the badest thing I've bought in a long time, the 1st weekend I had it, I wore my arms out, I saw a huge improvement in my swing already, great for working on your mechanics, the net is awesome. it's pretty quiet so you are not bothering anyone.
Get it if you really want a good net. So far zero complaints.
The Net Return company should have done better

Firstly, Amazon went above and beyond to fix the shipping fiasco. Apparently the item got lost or otherwise not at my doorstep the day it was supposed to, so kudos to Amazon customer support for doing what they could to placate me and make me feel better. Now, about the product.
The Net Return Pro Series is a great product. It's made in America which is a great thing. However, I assembled the unit today. When I took it out of the great looking duffle bag I was expecting to see pristine metal poles with high quality stickers which help aid the assembling process. What I saw was scuffed up metal poles that looked as if the item had been used and returned and I got that unit. The stickers that are there to aid in the assembly process look worn and are actually coming off. As long as I don't disassemble the unit I don't have to worry about the stickers coming off. I am going to use a Sharpie and mark the poles so when I do disassemble the unit I'll know where each pole goes. Now, don't get me wrong, I understand that the metal poles will bang against each other during shipment, but any other item that I have ordered from every other place that makes anything worth buying, they seem to package their things with care and pride instead of just throwing the things in the included carrying accessory. For 500 bucks, I was half expecting the item to be shiny and sing to me when I opened it (that's just me) but what I got looks used.
The functionality of the Net Return is great. I plan to get the other accessories in order to use it as a Simulator Series Net Return...which gives me an opportunity to get on my soap box. The Net Return company has yet to respond to any of my emails or comments on their Facebook page. I understand that they are trying to make money. They are probably making a great deal with this product, however, if you are in the market to get the simulator series that they offer, I would recommend buying it piece meal instead of spending 2000 and still needing to get extra stuff. The company has yet to respond to my questions pertaining to why it cost so much and still is incomplete??? Ok...I digress.
All in all, the product is great, is packaged by the Net Return company extremely poorly making it look like we are fools for buying a product that arrives looking like they just slapped something together. But aesthetics aside, it works great.
and returns the ball just like it should

Works as intended, and returns the ball just like it should. People that state the ball doesn't get returned to the hitter, are probably hitting too far away from the net, or hitting the ball poorly. Will get great results once you get that swing down and good contact.
Really Awesome. BEST NET EVER -- no regrets

This this is extremely well built. I've had mine for two years now and it's really still looking brand new. The net is really strong and it is really good at softly catching the golf ball and gently rolling it back to you. I use mine in the garage (barely fits height-wise) with the SkyTrak and a ProMatte... and it's really the Bomb diggety. I highly recommend Jack Nicolaus' Perfect Golf. It's really fun to play the same courses that they're playing on the PGA pro Tour. Very realistic. No Problems with my Net Return Pro Series--- not one problem.
Really good

I bought this for two reasons.
1)To improve my golf game
2)To improve my daughters (9&11) soccer skills
We both are using it frequently and enjoying it. My older daughter made a target by weaving string through the net. They have both improved their power and accuracy in just a few weeks.
I am amazed that my golf ball comes right back to my feet each time. You must have a really long mat that goes all the way under the net for the ball to return perfectly. I bought the 4 x 5 Duropro NO SHOCK but I need to add a door mat so the ball doesn't fall short of the hitting mat.
** After writing my review (seen above), several hours later Net Pro called me and thanked me for my 5-star review. They said they wanted me to have a "professional" target. I received it the next day.
I have to say that is a company caring about it's customers!***
Better than I expected

Works as advertised. Sends the ball back. Need something to cushion the floor and slow it down but that's minor. So easy to assemble I did it without the instructions using the color codes tape on the sections parts. I wanted to use it in the garage but was concerned about all the assembly and dis-assembly. No problem. It is wide enough for the car hood to pass between the uprights. I just lift the net about half way up and secure witha bungees.
Practice Net for Golfers

Love this net...works as advertised....struck well, the ball does come back....to the point it was struck from....believe it or not...I have not needed more than one ball to practice...I just change clubs...
For best results, a proper mat is essential - the manufacturer should suggest - I strongly recommend a mat - such as the Dura-Pro-series Spring Tech - I bought their new 'no-shock' series...and together with this net - the combination is incredible...
A suggestion to Net Return LLC.,...please include a simple one page instruction sheet with a picture or two....this would be useful....even though the assembly is simple with the color coded tubes...the best place to start the assembly process is not clear....I started with the base....and soon enough realized I had to invert the structure...
