This was a little more expensive than the other dust-pans but having used it for a few months now it is definitely worth the price. At first I bought a cheap pan from a store and it allowed significant amount of crumbs under the lip. This pan doesn't allow anything to go under.

The dust-pan lays flat and you can step on the handle in the back while sweeping in the dust is ingenious and works. I don't really end up using the row of rubber teeth at the for cleaning my broom. That part is a little gimmicky in my opinion but overall this is a great little product that I'm happy I got.

Also the hole at the top allows you to hang it which is perfect for us.

The comb thing on this pan doesn't work, It pulls nothing off and the weird shaped handle that does not hook onto the broom in order to be more effective to step on and broom into just squishes the pan and causes the front lip ridge to rise and the dirt to be swept under rather than into the dust pan. I needed a new clean dust pan so it wasn't a total waste,the idea of this is great but this was a fail since it doesn't really work.

It does what it says it does stays flat and catches hair...when it comes off the broom. The problem with hair it that it can tangle around the bristles but I like that I can step in the handle to hold it in place.

This has been a dream of mine since I was a teenager and my chore was to sweep the floor. I always wished there was something would scrape off the dust bunnies or clumps of hair that eventually collected on the bristles. Taking it off with my hand disgusts me to this day. Love this tool, thank you to whomever made it!

I don't know why more dust pans aren't made this way. I bought it for the feature of the "comb" to remove the hair from your broom BUT this dust pan also has another wonderful feature which would be helpful on almost all dust pans. The handle on this one is shaped so that it flares out onto the floor and you can step your foot onto it in order to hold it while you sweep and scrape the hair off your broom. It is absolutely fantastic. It also, if you need a third distinction, is angled just enough to keep the entry edge nicely on the floor so that your debris sweeps onto the pan and not under it. DO buy this.

Dust Pan with Cleaner for Broom

It is a bit large and oversized. When I sweep dirt into it and then try to clean the broom, it doesn't clean it as the spacing between the groomer pieces is too wide. I still have to bend down and manually clean off the broom.

My house has a lot of dog hair and thought this would be perfect. Works ok. I still have to pull hair out of the broom myself. Would I buy again? Probably not.

My favorite bit is the flat bit on the handle, so you can stand on it while sweeping the dirt into the bin.

It works just great at cleaning off the broom, although my long hairs still may not some free on the first swipe.

Much better than my last, to be sure!

This is great, you use your foot so you don't have to awkwardly bend down while using a normal sized broom.

I never use the feature of grooming dust bunnies off the broom, the best part of this dust pan is the no dust left behind act.

5 stars for not needing to bend over while brushing the dirt into the dustpan.
1 star for the grooming feature. Doesn't really get anything out of my broom.
