This machine is amazing ! Very simple to use and it really takes the odor away from your clothes. It only takes an hour and and about 2 minutes hands on to load the clothes in then just walk away and the clothes are refreshed. I'm sure we will still need dry cleaning but this has prolonged the time in between drastically! My husband wears suits and we live in south Florida so mainly the need for dry cleaning is to get the smell refreshed. This eliminates the odors! Clothes come out smelling great. This is the best money I have ever spent !

At first, there's a little problem, The customer responsed immediately, so there's no complaints. I took 3 sweaters, used 'high', there's still a little bit odors, so I hit 'low' button, finally they smelled 'comfortable '. I don't like chemical,some clothes are not dirty, just the bacteria makes you smell not good, but if you bring them to the dry cleaners store, who knows what kind of bacteria you will bring back? Maybe wose than yourselves, at least you are used to them. Some clothes you just used it once per year, but if you don't do something, finally they will smell bad, the bacteria growing. So that's a good one to handle this. I used dryer before, but I can't use it for my mink coat ( from my mom) and my leather , finally I found this one, it really helps.

I am a smoker and this little machine really works, it takes out all the smoke smell out of your cloth.

Item doesn't really work, the odor was still there after using it. It does make the fabric feel different after use, and the smell is terrible after the cycle is complete. I bought this initially because the item was advertised that I could return within 30 days if I wasn't happy. I took the chance and I wasn't happy. The seller would like me to pay for return shipping to return the item. The package being large and heavy, would cost almost just as much as the product itself to return. Don't bother and take the chance, you're throwing money away.

I'd give it 0 stars if I could. I assembled it, I was ready to go and nothing. I press the on button and the light flashes on for a second and immediately turns off. So disappointed.

I bought this product in an effort to rid my suits of that old musty smell. I tried the home dry cleaning bags with no luck. This product did not do any better. It is easy to assemble and use. You don't get many scent packets, and the scent doesn't stick much. I like the concept but it does not deliver the results.

I recommend Dryel more than Freshcloz. I purchase Freshcloz so I don't have to go to the laundry room that I have to pay each time I use it, however, I ended up paying to use the laundry room to dry clean using Dryel instead Freshcloz at home since it fresh last longer.
